Where do I start?
From the moment we pulled up it was so beautiful.
We were greeted by Jen who was so lovely, welcoming and just an absolutely lovely lady.
The cottages are so comfortable and we didn’t want to leave, really felt lucky like home.
To top it off, we made best friends with two labs. Cutest dogs ever.
Highly recommend staying here, I’m sure we will be back.

All in all if we could leave a higher rating we would, 10/10 stay

Upon arrival being greeted by such a lovely garden and cottage it truely does feel like a home away from home, extremely warm and inviting. The accommodation was very clean and neat with a generous breakfast provided as well! Communication from Jenni before our stay was always very clear and concise ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

100% we will be back. Especially to see your two beautiful Labradors again

Such a beautiful place! The internet connection is very good. The bed is super comfy, the room is sparkling clean and the garden is a real wonder. Breakfast was very generous. Not even mentioning the 2 adorable dogs Truffle and Tractor, and of course, the warm welcoming owner. We definitely recommend this place!

Lovley stay on our way out of Melbourne. Beautiful garden view as we ate our breakfast. Hosts were really welcoming despite our last minute booking.

Lovely bedsit cottage set in beautiful gardens. Not “brand new” (which added to its appeal), but very inviting, generous space, cosy and nicely furnished. Warm, comfortable bed, great hot water and pressure.

Jenni, the proprietor, was super welcoming and helpful. And her lovely friendly polite and gentle Labradors Tractor and Truffle, were a delight (but she will happily pen them if you don’t want the dogs visiting for any reason).

Super generous breakfast supplies (cereal, yoghurt, orange juice, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, bread!).

The cottage was also protected from the main road noise as it is nestled behind big house.

Jenni was also very welcoming of our EV and was more than happy for us to trickle charge it overnight.

Big thumbs up. Thoroughly recommend.

Such a beautiful property and comfortable room. The spa bath was incredibly relaxing and fireplace was gorgeous. Easy walk into town yet still secluded enough to not be disturbed. Jenni and her beautiful family were so lovely to have us and not to mention the most handsome hotel manager, Tractor (a gorgeous yellow Labrador). Would love to stay again and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet weekend away!!!

I adored my stay at Bindley House! From the moment I arrived I was smitten with the tranquility of it all, not to mention the adorable Labrador named Tractor. The room was a dream, incredibly clean with a gorgeous spa pool and stunning view. Very private and homely- will definitely be returning. Jenni was a dream hostess :)

Absolute amazing location, cute dogs to cuddle. Beautiful and clean place with a cosy and romantic feel. Was the perfect place to spend my anniversary , we enjoyed the food provided and the spa bath was great too! Highly recommend to stay here.

Our cottage felt like the perfect serene oasis. Jenni is such a fantastic host! The attention to detail is perfect, nothing was overlooked and the cottage is super clean. We had such a wonderful stay and loved the breafast provisions left for us. Eating breafast with a beautiful view from the table by a bay window overlooking the gardens was just magic! We found it hard to leave and only wish we could have stayed longer. We loved our stay at Bindley House B&B Cottages and will return for a longer stay next time. These cottages are just beautiful, and well appointed. Loved the massive spa bath. Loved the food laid out for breakfast the next morning. Loved that I could bring my cats as I travel. Jennifer is a lovely and thoughtful host and this place is well worth staying at.

Had a quick but beautiful stay at Bindley House. Jenni was an outstanding host and went above and beyond for us when we needed a bed late at night. The room was gorgeous and the fridge stocked with fresh eggs and bacon.
Will be staying again next time we are up that way!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bindley house. The garden is gorgeous and we loved using the fireplace, munching on camembert while reading and listening to a bit of jazz! Just a really nice relaxing way to spend a weekend. Jennifer is such a lovely host - from the moment we arrive she was so friendly and accommodating. Her dog Tractor was super friendly and visited our doorstep in the mornings which was super sweet. Looking forward to visiting again, thank you :)

A beautiful place to stay! The garden view was lovely. We had a happy old lab greet us warmly and come to quietly check on us from time to time :). The place was clean and we were well provided for, which made for a very relaxing stay at a very reasonable price.

Can't recommend this property highly enough. From the friendly welcome by Jenni (our host) and Tractor (the resident labrador), to the very generous breakfast supplies, we loved every minute of our stay. There is the option of wood heater and split system, an amazing spa and plenty of birds in the beautiful gardens. Plus it's pet friendly so our parrots could stay with us. Book your stay today!

Jenni was a most gracious and accommodating host whose cottage was immaculately prepared. Our overnight stay was most enjoyable surrounded by a beautiful garden and breakfast provisions for a feast! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely short stay here. The room was spacious and clean and everything you need is provided for. The breakfast selection was very generous. We really enjoyed our evenings relaxing by the fire and watching Netflix after having dinner in town. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Bindley House. It was a last minute booking on our way to Melbourne and Jenni, the host, was extremely accommodating. The room was stunning and a full breakfast was provided. We will absolutely be back again in the future.
