Always been good quality and good value.
The free delivery is also excellent and very fast. I ordered twice on a Saturday afternoon from Adelaide and received the goods the following Tuesday.

Sportsmart gave me brilliant service. I ordered a pair of shoes last Saturday but made a mistake when ordering. Since I used Paypal, there was a bit involved in correcting the mistake, so I expected delays. However, Ebony and Renee handled my order and were both excellent in making sure MY mistake was fixed. They were courteous and patient over the phone and also sent emails to let me know what was happening. What's more, my shoes arrived earlier than I expected! I'll gladly order from this company again.

Darren is a weapon! Dealt with a lot of my questions, took his time and didn't rush at all. He gave great recommendations and understood what I was after as well. Even though I went with what I originally was enquiring about, he was still great through the process.

Cricket section - I have been to this store quite a few times. I had a mixed experience before but over the time, I believe they have improved the customer service. The people who look after the cricket section are reasonably knowledgeable and provide valuable recommendations. This makes a considerable difference between online vs in-store shopping. Keep it up!

Very helpful staff, nice selection of soccer boots compared to other sports shops in the area. I ended up ordering click and collect to get a range of sizes and styles to try out and returned the ones that were unsuitable with no hassle. Refund was issued the following day which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks everyone who helped us out

I was truly astonished with the range of sporting goods here. I haven't seen anything comparable in Melbourne or elsewhere. They even have equipment for such niche sports as pickleball!!! The prices are reasonable and the staff were wonderful. This really is a quite remarkable store. Do yourself a favour and visit Sportsmart Moorabbin!

Great range of good shoes, sportswear and sporting goods at discount prices. The staff are pleasant and very helpful.

The place does get busy and it's not easy to find the best deals sometimes. Plan for extra time your first few times till you know your way around. Staff can be busy or under pressure during sales events.

Remember, this is discount outlet - so expecting a premium shopping experience will not be fair on them!

Excellent Service. I purchased runners online and they had them delivered to me by their own driver so I could get the shoes in time. I then wanted to try another shoe and they brought them over for me to try to make a final decision. Nothing was too difficult. I would definitely purchase off them again

Love this place for the collection of different sporting goods. I go there mainly for cricket and every time i have been able to find what I want.

Pricing is competitive as well when compared with other shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It gets busy during the start of the season but if you know what you are looking for then it’s easy.

Great store purchased items on a Friday one of the items I purchased didn’t suite due to my injuries. I rang the next day gave me a refund on the item no drama’s and gave me helpful advice on possible suitable items Thank You Mal excellent customer service.

I found Sportsmart was the cheapest online price on some Hoka’s I’d been wanting to try based on recommendations for shin splints. Purchased them and then read the negative online reviews, which I did happen to note were posted during the covid lock down of Melbourne (which went FOREVER). So I was a little nervous, but thankfully my dealings with Sportsmart were exemplary. Product exactly as ordered and super fast delivery to me in Queensland. And all during the most recent flooding being experienced in the state of Victoria. Thanks guys. Pleasure shopping with you.
