Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement bolt for a bed frame I had purchased else where and they were more than happy to help. After looking through lots of boxes he found one to suit. This was to build a car bed for my son for Christmas and if it wasn't for their willingness to help I wouldn't have been able to complete the build. Massive thank you to the manager! My son is going to be very happy to see his new car bed!

A huge thankyou to Vivienne the lovely sales person who was extremely patient and helpful with the purchase of a coffee table today, in which then followed, with adorning the table with some nice accessories. Was a fun exercise and appreciate your honest and simplistic approach. Loved the advantage of a January "make an offer" theme, which certainly leads me to coming back again and again. A huge thankyou to Kevin for his great assistance as required also. Thankyou much appreciated.

Very helpful, friendly staff with plenty of choice options. Allowed us to take our time in making a purchase decision without any pushy sales techniques and actually suggested we think about it overnight rather than make a wrong decision.
Why spend extra money on fuel by going to the suburbs and risk being exposed to COVID and then have to deal with pushy sales people after their commission.
Shop local and save (in more ways than one).
Very pleased to hear that people from a locked-down suburb were asked to leave the store, there should be more sales staff with the guts to say something.

I've lived in this area my whole life and had never ventured into this store until now. I was definitely missing out! This is not just a furniture store. Full of beautiful gifts and knick knacks. I can't wait to go back. The staff go above and beyond. I can't recommend this store more highly.
