I’ve seen Tristian and Alexi for a few sessions to treat a nagging shoulder and neck injury. They’re great at what they do and provide really helpful information on how to take care of the injury myself and advice on how to strengthen the muscles, on top of their incredible service and expertise. I was involved in a 3 vehicles accident and was in much pain when I went to see Alex.

His treatment did wonders – pain lessened tremendously, and I was able to walk without pain after the first session. He is a very kind, honest and respectful person and he listens to you intently as his sole aim is for us to recover well soon.

He uses multiple modalities – acupuncture, cupping, remedial message and combing therapy and provides suggested exercises.

Great service. I went in with a sore back and Alexi was fantastic. He sorted it out for me and showed me a bunch of stretches I can do to help prevent it happening again. He’s knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I now see him every 6 weeks or so to keep things in check and my back is feeling better than it has in years. Highly recommend.

I have been getting treated by Alexi for a sore shoulder due to a desk job and bad posture. I had previously had osteo treatment for over 8 months and nothing seemed to be helping. Alexi has done cupping and dry needling and the improvement I feel is incredible, in such a sort amount of time I have had extremely successful results that I didn't think we're possible.
