I haven't used this service nor I intend to. The owner Wade Britnell is a devious and untrustworthy individual. I purchased a "Fender Professional Stratocaster". Though the listing did not explicitly say it was purchased all in one piece but it was multiple pieces bought separately to replicate a real Fender professional Stratocaster.
It turns out that this is not the case, for 1 the guitar didn't sound like the real thing. It had horrible sustain, weak pickups and didn't feel right.
The other thing he did was to put all of the receipts in the gig bag and had inadvertently put in a receipt he bought the genuine model for $1999. And when asked why a certificate of authenticity did not match the one on the headstock? Well he popped in his REAL guitars certificate and says when he bought the parts separately Fender issued it to him. Which is false, Fender does not do this. The other thing is that all the pricing on the receipts of the parts for a pro strat totalled to $2,500. When you can go out and buy one all essembles for $2,000 Max.
Wade would not take the guitar back stating he sold it out of 'good faith'..lie!
Only after I quoted the ACCC laws regarding second hand goods, then he relented and offered to take it back minus $150. I took it as I know the guitar isn't worth the $1,650 I had bought it for.
Now and then I would browse to see what guitars are going for, I would see Wade's adds for strats. I believe his con is to buy a genuine guitar, buy upgrades that he was to put on it, then he will just compile cheap parts but only to the point that it isn't noticeable to buyers like me were novices.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, such a devious owner should not be handling anyone's money.
I just feel a duty of care to warn them the character of the owner of this company is.
