We were holding our breath waiting for our couch to arrive. We were fully expecting it to be awful, as shopping online can be a disaster at times. We couldn't believe it when the couch arrived, in perfect condition, well packed and easy to assemble. The leather is absolutely stunning and the colour is an exact match to the sample. Super comfy and great seat width. Although there were multiple delays, we can't blame the company, as Covid has disrupted the world. I would definitely recommend Desired Living to family and friends. The communication was always well managed and all questions were answered. Overall, extremely happy with our purchase.

Great customer service by Asra. She was very professional and patient. We bought Europa and she explained us about all the colors and specs. We are very happy with the service and will definitely come back again.

Very happy with the design and choice of furniture options that our sales person Harris guided us through. Our Kingston leather sofa looks beautiful in our home. Delivery was prompt and efficient although it would be nice if they could have taken the old one away. Only negative is a small dint in our legs which could have probably occurred during delivery. I have contacted the store for a replacement and they have offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Otherwise a very seamless experience.

I had very good experience at desired living at cambellfield. Customer service was excellent which was provided by Asraa. I really appreciate the way she helped us out to choose colors for our chosen design of corner lounge. I highly recommend to others to visit this place to get sofas of your choice, and experience yourself the way service is being delivered.

I would highly recommend buying from Desired Living for as we sat down with Harrison (for a couple of hours) he listened to our multiple requests and we found that he went above and beyond and had exceeded our expectations as we had to make several alterations and adjustments (and I do mean several) to fit within our tight restraints of our awkward house design.
When we received our order it was faultless, it was precisely what we had asked for.

My husband usually works long days and is very tired by the time they come backs, so I decided to gift him a recliner module set where he could nicely unwind at the end of the day. I found Desired Living on facebook, and looking at their choices of sofas was quite astonishing, and I found the type of sofa I exactly wanted, the recliner set in my husband’s favorite black color. Their showroom is bit out of the way but its hard to buy something without physically seeing one. The sales lady Asraa was very patient in explaining everything to me. I eventually settled on the London modular recliner, in dark grey which is probably more classy than just black. Happy with the service thus far and fingers cross sofa will arrive in a few weeks time!

Fantastic customer service by the girl at the reception yesterday, answered all my queries and she had a lot of patience. The office was little hot unsure why and also more furniture on display in the showroom would have helped us to make our decision. The website doesn’t always show the actual color or the type of material used.

My order was delayed by 3 weeks with little to no update until my sofas were ready. But now that I have gotten my couches, I am very happy

Ordered the Alison-A for our home cinema. A three seater (special order) and two single seaters in charcoal. Following some delays due to Covid-19, they finally arrived and they are absolutely fantastic! Great service and great price. Highly recommend Desired Living. Thank you so much guys!

Asra provided excellent service when I purchased the leather lounge. Unwrapped the sofa this morning and it is very comfortable and well made.
