I had an appointment today with Gen, I needed garments for an upcoming tummy tuck and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable, everything from start to finish was a breeze, I will definitely be back if I ever need garments again! Thanks so much Gen.

Best customer service ever! I was buying for one of the breast for my mom, wasn’t sure about the size and needed it to arrive fast before I travel home, Gen from CS called me within the same day and sort it out. Also, they do deliver within 2 days!! Amazing!

WoW!!!! How thankful I was to meet Genevieve yesterday. After 5 weeks of physio, it was suggested to look at a compression bra to help with the uncomfortable inflammation after having radiation / mastectomy.
Gen was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Her assistant Ginger is a dreamboat and very well trained💕
After having the compression garment on for a few minutes, I instantly felt relief and support. I wasn’t looking at any breast form. I was pleasantly surprised how it looked & made me feel… I was also grateful for all Gen’s tips & guidance. Gen truly is exceptional and passionate with a very thoughtful, kind & infectious nature.
I wore my compression bra over night and on waking this morning, the inflammation felt better and I was able to sleep more comfortably.
I’m very happy with the high quality of all the products. I will be heading back to purchase some of the stunning swimwear she also stocks…

Gen is the most understanding & caring woman I have ever met concerning my situation.
Not only did she make me feel better, she went out of her way to assist my husband and me to get back to Southern Cross station, helping us to get home again to Ballarat, at no charge to us even though she made many phone calls, spent time and energy seeing to our needs, and froze herself waiting outside for our cab. We really love her for that extra effort. X

It really was a pleasure to be fitted in Genevieve’s home studio, post reconstructive bilateral mastectomy.
I am a former bra designer and I have always sewn my own bras, in this instance I was unable to make my own garment and was recommended to get fitted at Breast Care Victoria by my plastics team from the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Genevieve who is the face behind Breast Care Victoria is charming and very accommodating. She was swift to answer my queries and establish an appointment time that worked for me.

When I arrived Genevieve was warm and inviting and quickly set about finding the right garment for me. Being a former nurse that has worked in operating theatres and extensively with breast care, she has an amazing knowledge of what is required for recovery. There was instant relief for me when I was fitted with the right garment, definitely an "ahhh that feels so much better" moment.

I was referred to Genevieve by my breast care nurse at the hospital I had my lumpectomy last November. I had put up with a swollen breast and a lot of pain and discomfort for a couple of months after a year of chemo and radiation.
I has spent so much money on so many bras but couldn't find one to fit well.
As soon as I spoke to Genevieve, she listened to me and understood the need to see me quickly. I was lucky and got in to see her on the same day.
As soon as I walked in the door, Genevieve assessed me and knew exactly what I needed. The moment she fitted the bra to me I was overwhelmed with relief of the sheer comfort it instantly provided me.
She was very professional and understanding. Her help didn't just stop there. I was in the process of looking for a lymphoedema physio but hadn't got onto anyone yet. Genevieve realised the urgency of finding care for me that she instantly called a clinic who I was able to see that same day.
By the time I got home, the relief from the new bra and my physio appointment was so incredible, I had the best sleep in a long time.
I went back one week later to also get fitted for some bathers and there was a great range to chose from. As the swelling had subsided in my breast, she recommended a partial breast shaper to insert into my bra and bathers. And it made a big difference to how my breasts were shaped.
I am so glad I was put in touch with Genevieve.
She shows understanding for women, takes the time to listen and fits you to suit your body type and of course taking into consideration of your individual needs. She also provides very accurate and simple to follow instructions on how to get to her studio.

I first went to see Genevieve some 6 weeks post bilateral mastectomy due to cancer. The cheap bras from a major retailer recommended by the hospital weren't just not doing the job in terms of support, they were actively uncomfortable, cutting into my reconstructed breast, and offering no support.
Breast Care Victoria is a passion project, Genevieve is committed to providing the best possible support to people post surgery. She offers a range of post surgical compression garments and she offers her considerable knowledge and expertise. I am going back for my post surgical non-compression bras because I simply cannot think of anyone else I would trust with my post surgery breasts. If you are having surgery - get your post surgical garments here - if you have had any kind of surgery on your breasts, even if it was not recently, I still think you could not do better than what Genevieve at Breast Care Victoria can offer.
