Pasta Journey

So it turns out I'm now obsessed with making fresh, handmade pasta. Marina did that! What an exceptional class! I left completely inspired and with a full stomach of incredible pasta. I went home and immediately made the pasta again the next day to reinforce what I learnt and it turned out perfectly! Absolutely hooked and so grateful to Marina (and Matilde!) for the excellent, unforgettable lesson. Grazie, Marina!

She keeps the class size smaller than most cooking courses I’ve seen in Melbourne.

She genuinely does this because she loves it.

We learnt so much, whether you’re a beginner trying to learn or you’re more experienced and trying to refine- she has you covered!

She has much to teach and we pop back in now and then when our work-schedule allows.

It’s definitely the most value for money class we have done in Melbourne and she is a wonderful person.

I attended 3 pasta making classes held by Marina. I enjoyed all three immensely. I learnt so much, tips and tricks you don’t learn from watching YouTube videos. Environment clean and organised. Highly recommend and also recommend as giving it as a gift to someone. You won’t be disappointed.

A thorough, easy going, fun and highly informative class that will teach you how to make the most delicious pasta! You'll never be able to go back to store bought pasta once you've made Marina's delicious recipes. I was immediately transported to glorious summers in Italy.
