Had wonderful experience from a lovely worker named Maddie, she was so helpful and had incredible customer service. There was another girl working in the change room area, she was chatting with my mum, however, I did not catch her name. Thank you both for your wonderful service!!

I popped into Supre, Bourke Street, Melbourne store with my daughter and we were lucky enough to come across the beautiful sales assistant Tahlia, she went over and above to help us out. We needed an outfit for a birthday and as my daughter is at that awkward age (13) I was unsure of what was suitable as to what she wanted. Tahlia was just a gem, she offered not only fashion tips and mix and matching but she also offered hair and makeup tips suitable for her . We spent much more than I wanted to, but I can rest assured that my daughter has enough clothing to mix together to make several outfits. The store was spacious, clean and great sized fitting rooms.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Tahlia for all your help and Supre should be honoured to have you working for them.
We definitely will be back.

Shocking staff attitude !!! Doesn’t know how to respond respectfully to their customers.

Incredibly racist and rude towards customers. I was checking out one of their bomber jackets and a lady who works there told me to back off and not touch the clothes which were up for display. REALLY? how am i supposed to buy without touching the clothes. BAD BAD experience, never stepping into that store again.

Was looking at clothes in the mirror when the staff started bumping into me multiple times instead of walking behind or saying “excuse me”. It’s no big deal honestly but being polite is always nice. One of them then accidentally dropped hangers so I started helping grabbing it from the floor and putting them back on the rack. She ignored & didn’t even care to say thank you? 😅 Very unpleasant and unfriendly moody staff. Not the first time hence decided to finally leave a review. I understand we all have bad days but it’s like a warzone every time walking in here. We’ll stop going cause it’s not worth always having to deal with such negative vibe but hopefully they would improve so future customers will have a pleasant and better shopping experience. :D

Unprofessional. Under trained staff. I bought a pair of pants and the staff didn’t remove the security tag from it. It’s the most important and the only job they had to do.
I couldn’t take the pants for the trip I brought them for and now they are just sitting there brand new waiting for the next winter season. Tried removing it at home and it was so frustrating.
