We recently rent a property via Jellis Craig. Nej has been very professional and efficient throughout the process. He respond to our application and questions fast and efficiently. He's also super helpful that once our application is confirmed, he helps us to arrange second inspection so that we can do some measurements and prepare our moving. Sarah the manager has also been very helpful in responding to email.

We decided to trust our instincts and seek them out to manage our investment properties as well. We have dealt with a few property managers previously but no one handles it as well as Dylan Archer.

I have not always had a wonderful experience with Jellis Craig first as a tenant. However, in the last year I have experienced a change both as a tenant and then a landlord. In fact, the service was so good as a tenant, that we decided to move over to Jellis Craig for our own investment property. Both Jacqui (Hawthorn) and Dylan (Whitehorse) have been incredible to work with. Dylan has been efficient, quick to respond at any time of the day and simply wonderful to deal with. I would give 6 stars if I could. Very knowledgeable team. I find Naomi a diligent and trustworthy manager and the rest of the team when she is not there. They respect the tenants and owners. They follow the law even when tenants and owners don't like it.

First time landlords using Jellis Craig. Nej Basak has made us feel completely reassured during the entire experience. Nej explained the requirements of us as landlord and organised all advertising/ photograpy /inspections and tenant applications extremely efficiently. He has been in constant communication with us throughout the lease campaign.
