I had many reasons to loose weight (again) but the big problem was what was going on inside my head. The whole diet roller coaster thing was getting me down, I needed something different. I researched wide and came across Caroline Silk. I read all her material and contacted her for an initial chat. I knew immediately this program was for me and I was right. This is the first time in my life I have shed weight without an intervention. There are no counting calories and preparing special meals, just a few rules to live by but these changes will stay with me for the rest of my life. I am still only 4 months along my journey but it has changed my life. Caroline (or Silky) as we call her is an excellent coach, very skilled and there for you! I would not hesitate recommending this program.

I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough! I worked with Caroline for three months to really shift my mindset on eating (and life). In that time I made my goal weight and I have a different attitude to food. I have to say that now, six months on from working with Caroline, I am still at the same weight - happy with my relationship with food and loving (and living) life!

I knew that I needed more than just a diet, I needed someone to help me with my mindset and learn how to eat in a simple that helped me get the results I was after.

Working with Caroline has been amazing. I lost 12 kg in the 6 months that we worked together and I've taken so much knowledge away with me to continue my journey.

If you're looking for someone to support you as well as give the knowledge and guidence for this to be a life change and not just another 'thing' you try, then I would highly recommend her!

I first contacted Caroline in July after returning from a camping trip in between lock down and finding that I was the heaviest I have been since being pregnant 24 years ago.

I was hitting the 76KG mark, in the time between having my session with her and documenting the food plan I lost 1kg and then I had my session with her. I chose to do the half day mindfulness as I really needed the reset. I know what I can and cant’ eat and am very active but really 2020 was just over whelming me. I have a stressful job and have been working from home since the start of March with the only contact being through technology.

I had other health issues which were also getting to me, none that were major but put together were just a pain in the but. I have been suffering from menopause for 8 years and the weight had been slowly creeping up even before the Covid bulge.

After my mindfulness session, I thought god I don’t know that this is really going to work, as I found it hard picturing the things Caroline wanted me to but amazingly those things that I really was getting addicted to vanished. The first week I lost about 4 kgs, fast forward and I am now at goal weight of 64 KG, and those annoying little health issues have gone.

I really can’t recommend her enough, she is very inspirational but very practical and that’s what I needed.

I saw Caroline to change my eating patterns and mindset around the food I put into my body to ultimately drop some Kgs! I had 8-10kgs insight and now im 12 kgs lighter in a matter of 6 months and have a whole new perspective on food and how its consumed. If it wasn't for simple and understandable guidance from Caroline, I would still be procrastinating the weight loss journey. Thank you.
