The bus drivers have no respect for anyone living locally.. l live on Lonsdale st in the city and they are constantly beeping their horns at drivers at all hours of the day and night even after 1am.. its not acceptable at that time of the day when all they are doing is parking their bus across the road... l can understand when it's busy at 5pm not at 1am...

I was side swiped by a Telfords Bus (branded Kinetic). It was a school service. The bus did not stop. I have been trying for two months now to get someone to help me but they are useless. I’ve sent countless emails, called numerous times, I’ve tried Kinetic and Sura, I’ve even tried to contact the school. No luck. It’s an absolute joke. I know the names of the people I’ve spoken to but I’m not willing to name and shame in a public forum.

Kinetic seem to have no understanding on how to run buses on time. It would be far better for us public transport users if a competent bus provider was contracted instead.

One of the worst buses operators in Melbourne…. Buses are ALWAYS LATE, CANCELLED with hundreds of excuses!

Lodge a complaint and did not get ANY RESPONSE except excuses and excuses. Staff name is ELLE. Please consider hiring qualified and suitable staff!

The worst thing was… they just run the bus whenever they want, and cancelled whenever they want. If you don’t want s surprise, better avoid public transport in Melbourne

Their is no score low enough for this bus company drivers are rude bus always late I got a 901 towards airport driver not seen for 15 minutes even though was already late makes me wonder why I’m paying for public transport very disappointed with kinetic bus company or why PTV have this company call centre takes complaints but bus company don’t care maybe the company should start loosing contracts

The 906 bus in Melbourne Central at 8:30 am is always late and makes everyone cry every day.

I just got my bus (1118 to Melbourne airport at 3pm) from Mac Donalds road and while i just enter the bus the bus driver didn’t even let me sit and drive the bus and i am about to fall down. Luckily i just hold the handle but still i hurt my hand badly.The bus drivers need to have patience while driving and let the passengers sit first.Hopefully the bus service will consider this .

Unreliable service, unfortunately. Thought it would be consistent, but service on the 237 in Melbourne has been diabolical, and scheduled buses don't even show up!

Can't even have a bus here on the gold coast on time. Disappointed and very disappointing. Been waiting 30 mins for a bus ment to come every 7 mins
