This is my go-to gift shop! Presents for kids, for colleagues, and for friends. Beautiful wrapping too. But the best is the amazing service! I looked online, called ahead to ask for something to be wrapped and I was able to drive by and pick up on the way to a party… so easy! Thank you!! Beautiful ranges of meaningful gift items at (surprisingly) reasonable prices! Locally sourced, non toxic and sustainable philosophy behind products. Shop owner also seeks out stock from not for profit companies. Very knowledgable about all products in store, and background of how items are made and who makes them- the environmental benefits too. Also got my gift wrapped in beautiful paper.
Definitely my new go-to place for gifts.

Linda is amazing!! I placed an order this morning, in a panic, for a Christmas gift for my older brothers new girlfriend. Which had to be sent internationally so needs to go ASAP. I found a couple of beautiful little things in the online shop and click for local delivery as I was not sure when I would be able to pop up, despite living closish. Linda had not only delivered within a matter of hours but had also wrapped the gifts beautifully! Stress gone. Gifts ready to add to the box that I am sending over. Thank you so much!!

Each year I do all my Christmas shopping at Present Story, either online or in-store. It's easy and I can always find something delightful for everyone. I particularly love the eco range and the FREE gift wrapping!

Great service both friendly and helpful. The selection has a good variety, from games, to books, to environmental and pamper gifts. Many of the products are from local (or at least Australia) artists and producers. Highly recommended and I will return.
