Our villa was perfectly clean and was great for our family.
Would highly recommend stay here and exploring what port campbell has to offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault a thing and we are very fussy. Thank you for having us and making our stay memorable.

Amazing accomodation, well equipped, well priced, and very spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and kitchenware, bathrooms were clean and equipped with toiletries, and bedrooms were well set.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great customer service- Angela and Jenny went above and beyond. Cleaners did an amazing job- the villa was spotless when we checked in. Great for families and kids. Close to the 12 Apostles and the town centre. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. We had a blast exploring places near the villa. Great location! Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend Southern Ocean Villas.

A wonderful villa and we had a superb stay there. The villa looks very modern, clean, and comfy. Very helpful staff, the villa is also equipped with all the electronic & electrical appliances and cutleries needed for the stay. The location is very near to Port Campbell Beach town. We will visit again!

Great value
The house is looks new , big , clean and so functional.

They provide all necessary stuff as same as your home (Hair dryer, Iron, Rice cooker, Pan, etc.)

Check in, Check out process is easy... Dont worry ... There is a Phone call in front of the door , and push the button to call the reception. They will tell you room number
When checkout, the kitchen must be kept clean,but they provide Washing machine then just drop the key in the box.

Parking lot is available and big enough

The villa was spotless and the location was close to everything. Will definitely return and stay longer.

Beautiful house 🏡 located in a small town Port Campbell and we absolutely had a great time staying in the house. Receptionist was friendly and sweet. They have their own parking space available in the area. That save up a lot of time and money.

The house itself is clean and had enough beds and kitchen utensils.

Waking up to the backyard which looks like a bush area made us reflect on the night before, we’re lucky there’s no other wild animals intrusion. Aha. It was a really nice place for a chill out and a drink in the morning.

We will be back for more nights!

Our go to place for accommodation for every Great Ocean Road trip.
Villas were equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ & 2 bedrooms & an upper loft with 2 single beds.
The property was clean & reasonably priced.

The villa was great! The only thing that could be improved is the sound. There was a party over the night.

Spacious accomodations, full kitchen, great secluded patios, walking access to Port Campbell

The accommodation was clean, thoughtfully designed, and well looked after. Decent value for money too. Highly recommended.

The villa is very big and there're 3 bedrooms. My kids really enjoyed staying there after the great ocean road trip. The villa located near the entrace of port campbell and a 5-10 minutes walk to the restaurants area.

Friendly, helpful and down-to-earth staff behaviour 🙏 I think they had a master's in handling people 🤣🙃 Modern, clean and spacious 3BHK rooms which can accommodate a large family.
Overall we had a memorable and awesome stay here.

Wonderful stay, with generous and comfy cabins that are nicely priced. A stones throw from the centre of Port Campbell. Quiet and surrounded by native vegetation. Only 10 mins drive to 12 Apostles.

An immaculately clean and spacious villa with lots of amenities. We were just two people staying one night but it would have been great for a family, and for people having a longer stay.

The manager was very helpful in getting us settled in. What I appreciated most was the individual villa's WiFi located in the loungeroom instead of at a central place like the main office. The reception was really good.

It would be a great place to bring back friends or family for a long visit.

Excellent accommodation in Port Campbell. I should have booked one more night to enjoy this wonderful stay more. The 2-storey apartment was just what I expected. While the default setting was 3 bedrooms with one bathroom, I managed to upgraded it to a 2-bathroom apartment by making a special request and it charges more of course. I guess there are not too many apartments that come with 2 bathroom so we were really lucky to be able to get one.

Really enjoyed a one night stay at the Villas. Very friendly receptionist, clean rooms and perfect location.

Very quiet, super romantic

We received a free upgrade from the standard villa to the luxury villa. It was a very spacious two storey villa with more than enough beds for the 5 of us. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, plus the attic which contained 4 single beds. Close to the town centre and immaculately clean.
