Customer satisfaction is top notch and comes first and the price comes second to him. He answered all questions, supported with the cables the monitors required. Steve really came in clutch with this one. I could not find a 200W HP omen replacement laptop charger near me. Even HP customer service blew me off with some random model numbers and Harvey Norman. I really needed one ASAP for my school and work as my laptop was completely discharged. I called the store and just asked if they could help me out and he helped me find the right charger, and said he could get it after the weekend, I had requested him to get it for me ASAP. They got it for me at a good price as well. Surely enough he called me back an hour later saying you can come collect it right now! Amazing and quick service which I did not expect. He also offered to recycle my old charger. Many thanks again to Steve from PCline for helping me out so fast WITHIN THE HOUR, helps me out a ton to get right back to work 🙏🤝

I recently ordered a docking station from PCLINE via Amazon, and unfortunately I no longer require it whilst it’s in delivery transit. Steve has gone above and beyond what’s expected of a seller to help me navigate the return process. Although I am not buying from PCLINE this time, I have no hesitation in buying from nor recommending them in future.

Bought Logitech C930e Business Webcam Full HD camera. Excellent image and mic. Excellent price. Steve was very helpful. With Covid lock down Auspost took ages to deliver, but Steve did what he could.
