I have been a customer for many years. The staff are friendly, well informed and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are sensitive to the needs of their customers.
I love the layout - not as claustrophobic as their warehouse competitor and comparable price wise. Range of products apart from medicinal ones, is also excellent.

Very impressed with recent request for vaxines for myself and elderly mother. We dropped in without an appointment and received full and welcome service. Sue, who administered the injections was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this chemist for any vaccine requirements. Its probably best to make an appointment though.

Very friendly pharmacy and customer service staff. They are attentive and caring. Good range of services and the pharmacy medicine is competitively priced. Some non-pharm items not as cheap as chemist warehouse and range is more limited, but for anyone needing scripts filled regularly, it’s a much better experience than CW.

Mo and the entire team at Pharmacy 4 Less Watsonia are exceptional in their service and care. Regardless of how busy they are, they still go the extra mile with customers. Thanks for always making time to answer questions for our family.

Exceptional pharmacy! I’ve been a regular customer for the last couple of years and can honestly say that regardless of the time of day or the volume of customers in store the pharmacists and support personnel are always professional and extremely helpful. The pharmacists provide a high level of personal care as opposed to simply churning out prescription after prescription. Patient and tactful the pharmacy team always make sure that the medications prescribed are understood and the costs associated are explained prior to dispensing. The pharmacy itself is big, bright and very clean with a spacious seated waiting area. It goes to show that you can’t beat good old fashioned customer service and high calibre personnel as it makes a difference on every level. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service and genuine care from the team at this pharmacy. They go out of their way to be helpful. My elderly father needs daily medication and Reuben has been very supportive helping us to transition to medication changes. The team also remember Dad and make time to chat with him when he is in the store. Shout out also to the lovely nurse who does the vaccinations. Mo has built a great team !

Best service in the area.
My son had just had surgery and this was the 2nd pharmacy i had visited to source his painkillers.
As the pharmacist did not have the right size bottles to dispense it, after hours on a Friday he delivered it personally to my house to ensure my son had pain relief throughout the night.

I was very happy with service, I called 1st and ask if my doc emails prescription because I can’t pick it up for the city is that ok, nice man on the phone told me yes and explain what I have to do. When I got there it was all ready for me, it was a big help to me. Other pharmacy next to them , could not it with out original prescription the hand 1st. So from now on this is my pharmacy nice service, and good prices.

After moving to the area recently and visiting a number of pharmacies to find which would be best to attend regularly, Pharmacy 4 Less Watsonia was the best by far.

Pricing was excellent but what really differentiates them to others is the service. Having visited numerous times now, the staff have always been warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful (ie not just trying to up sell you with a more expensive product but what is actually best for the issue you have).

I also had my flu shot which was easy to book and I didn’t need to wait which was great. Definitely will keep using as my pharmacy and highly recommend to others.

Pharmacy 4 less is the highlight of Watsonia road. They have consistently offered fantastic products, great value for money and most importantly amazing customer service. Scripts are always dispensed quickly and the staff genuinely care about their customers, not to mention the convenience of also having the post office in store. You won’t find a chemist like this anywhere else!
