Stratco Epping

I bought a workbench from Stratco, click and collect. The staff at the warehouse were courteous and efficient, and carried the package to my car.
The bench was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough for my work

Prompt delivery of our new cabinets. Have not put together yet. Sam the delivery driver was excellent and very helpful and placed the items exactly where I asked. Also arrived at the time he said!

Anthony was very accommodating of the numerous changes in the process and very helpful with providing the documents required. The builders also decided to use the Stratco installation team to achieve the best result. Everyone happy.

I met Luke at the Stratco shop in doveton he has organised my outdoor blind order in record time and made the process so easy with his complete knowledge of the products and fantastic pricing I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stratco products and Luke’s customer service is second to none.

We live on the Bellarine Peninsula, we had ordered a veranda through Stratco. The staff at Stratco were extremely helpful and they have a great authorised dealer /installer in the Geelong region called Geelong veranda. Sep was great with his communication and came to look at the site the next day and the job was completed in a day within two weeks of our initial contact. Sep not only did a great job but he was polite and very easy to deal with. We love our new veranda and highly recommend Sep at Geelong Veranda.

Was thinking about DIY a veranda through Stratco. Was contacted by Scott who has been very thorough on explainging the details and super fast in getting response do. Eventually went with someone else who offers materials & installation as a package as I am not quite handy, but I have been truly impressed by the level of service I have received by Stratco and Scott. Would definitely go with them if I were to do a DIY.

As a landscaper, Corey Hawkins has helped me on a couple of projects now and the service has been exemplary - ask for him by name. There products can be tricky if needed to be adapted to certain situations, but his advice has simplified everything. The ezi-slats in the photo is testament to this.

I have just had the best experience dealing with Toni King (Stratco - Epping). She had to refer my query to another colleague, but kept me updated on the progress and l received a great outcome through her follow up. Professional and efficient, I highly recommend dealing with Toni.

Toni King was my customer service team member who i dealt with when ordering some poly carb roof sheeting. Toni was very helpful and when the initial colour i ordered was not in stock Toni was straight on the phone to make other arrangements. Very happy with the service provided.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Jonathan Cheng today discussing a pergola I would like to have built. Johnathan was one of the most enthusiastic people I have come across in recent times. He answered questions and explained options and absolutely understood what I was trying to do. While I have not committed to Stratco yet "all things being equal" because of Jonathan's helpful and friendly attitude it's almost certain I would choose Stratco.

Having to deal with the production team and dispatch staff is a dream. Very customer friendly and focused on getting it right. Particular mention to the manager Sam. Great effort team

I've just had the most amazing customer service experience. I honestly thought that customer service was a thing of the past but I've been proven wrong. I needed to buy some cupboards for my garage and decided to check out Stratco. I'm glad I did. I began a chat session with a fabulous chap named Luke. Sam from Stratco delivered my customized garage
on Wednesday. I'd had to delay delivery due to restrictions. Stratco were very understanding.
Sam was fantastic. He rang me about half an hour before he arrived to give me his ETA. He drives
an enormous truck. He was so considerate,
co-operative, careful & skillful in gently positioning the pallet on my driveway, exactly where I wanted it. I could not have been more delighted with his service.
