Purchased the Super Soft 8 ply acrylic yarn. First time purchasing from them. Brilliant customer service. Delivery was super quick. Efficient communication so you knew what was happening with your order. Packaged really well. Gorgeous yarn and so reasonably priced. Very happy. Give them a go.
