I see a lot of comments just generally based around returns, people not understanding that they are dealing with tech that gets superseded very quickly and value drops overnight. the 15% restocking fee outside 14 days makes sense to me, and i think it would to people who understand the industry. I went in the other day to purchase an i7, the staff all seem really friendly and attentive.

From lining up down the street in 1999/2000 for the first GeForce 256 card, to 25 years later having an amazing consumer experience with the Queen of StAlbans Michelle who has exceptional product knowledge, and the countless trips in between. This store has the best prices and experienced staff who can help you find exactly what you need.
Michael in warranty/repairs has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Incredible service.

I had my power supply fail after a couple of years and bought it in for warranty. Michael kindly explained the process and said it’d be sent away. I was stressed out as i really need my pc for my work and communicated that to Aidyn at the sunshine store, he told me not to worry and organised a power supply to get me by while i wait for my warranty.

These guys are very caring and I’m honestly blown away that my stresses were heard and i was looked after so well. I even bought my pc in and got some cable management help switching supplies out.

110% could not be happier with this service and i’m very thankful that you guys have awesome brick and mortar stores with excellent Managers and staff that care about their customers. These guys went above and beyond and i cannot thank them enough!

I originally had a very poor experience due to this older man who not only gave me the wrong information but was incredibly rude over and over again, that being said the younger staff are very kind and helpful but in particular a man named Stephen not only helped me fix the problems I was having immediately but went out of his way to do so and explained what I needed to do. I would be more than happy to be a repeat customer here because of Stephen. I can not thank him enough for all the help I received in such a quick, efficient, positive manner and cost effective manner. Absolutely amazing work on behalf of Stephen and the younger staff there on Thursday.

My personal individual experience was 5 stars that I'll detail later, but I must say I considered only giving 4 stars because of other reviews with similar/related circumstances giving an understandable 1 star.
However I think that would be unfair because those reviews of their experiences are already reflected in the average review for the store, so I should just rate on my own experience.
If you do read this though, it's important to note this review is based on who I specifically saw and appreciation for their effort, who was the manager at that time, and my own circumstances, so this cannot be used to judge the store as a whole.

tldr: I bought a product I thought I had researched and understood, but didn't find out it required even more expensive parts to function as it was meant to, hadn't opened it and discovered this until a month after purchase (much more than their 14 days return), but after listening they spoke to and passed on the plea to their manager and I was able to get it refunded (minus the 15% for opening it which is understandable and infinitely better than losing everything).

I wanted large storage to make backing up easier, so invested in a 'NAS hardrive', which I had tried to understand by looking it up and reviews. However during that search-which I regret was more rushed than normal because I was hoping to purchase it with black friday specials with less than 2 hours remaining and it being in the middle of something else when those sales were brought up which I'd forgotten about completely-I hadn't found out that they more often, like the one I purchased, want an expensive bay that manages multiple of them.
I discussed that with them and how I just hadn't gotten around to opening it and discovering this until today (I only realized there might be a problem after seeing its components that were only visible after opening it). Incredibly gratefully they heard it out even though they said it was probably going to just be a loss, they however ended up leaving to try to talk it out with their manager and the refund was accepted (The purchase was online so hopefully I'll see the money returned back in some days).
Circumstances they weren't aware of though that I didn't want to bring up in-case it sounded like I was pulling things out of the air for pity, was that I would have discovered this all sooner if I hadn't caught covid for 2+ weeks just after the purchase, and that I have a lot of conditions that made it more difficult to get to even from the start when I had been hoping for a 'good day' to try and organize everything, for what I thought would be a more advanced but otherwise relatively normal storage solution/day backing things up. And then when I thought I was recovering from covid one of my conditions got worse making it more difficult for another 2+ weeks to get to it.
I'm extremely grateful for their effort to resolve this and give a refund to the product, as I would have really felt significantly devastated just losing all this money on this product (bringing up the technical ability to otherwise sell this back online for an 'as new' price doesn't account for the time and effort-both of which are an expense and more difficult for me-or if a purchaser could even be found for it, and I'd have needed to sell it for a lot lower than 15% off-the expense of returning it opened-).

Stephen was an absolute legend, bought my computer online through click and collect at 4:15pm on a Saturday afternoon and was able to pick it up straight away. He even helped me to carry it to my car when I was super frazzled 🥺 they're so understanding, and have incredible customer service and communication skills. Thank you so much!

I came in to buy a laptop I was served by a young man. Sandeep was his name his knowledge and customer service were excellent. I left happy and feeling I made an informed purchase which I feel is important when spending $2000+ on a laptop.

Store layout is a little confusing, especially the entrance, but their staff are extremely helpful.

My wife and I don't have much knowledge when it comes to computer monitors. Sandeep came over to inform us the differences of the monitors and went in depth to explaining the ones in our price range. He then helped carry the monitor to the car. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended 👍

Turned up here needing a pc urgently, literally 30 minutes before closing time.. spoke with Stephen in the store and he went out of his way to not only discuss exactly what we wanted and needed, but he was patient despite being the end of the day, he knew his stuff and helped us to build the ideal machine specs within the budget we wanted and then he ran around gathering all the parts for us to take home. He was great. Store had everything we wanted in stock and there was even a great sale happening at the time. We ended up buying a second pc ona. Whim, as there was some really good deals that day. We were out of the store with 2 entire pc’s worth of parts, 5 mins before closing time. Thanks so much Stephen and the team at centre com sunshine :)

Well stocked computer accessories, systems, Peripherals, and computer consumables. Prices are certainly very reasonable with a sensible discount on many essential items.

There off street parking and an easy access entrance directly from the car park.

Sometimes on weekends access to the store might be delayed due to popularity of the store.

Staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and friendly with a keen attitude to please.

The store is proactively auctioning Great COVID screening and distancing measures, with limiting of customers in store plus sanitation and cleaning.

Came in yesterday and got fully setup for yet another fun custom build. Staff were great start to finish in all areas.
