Best ice cream store and the only one you’ll ever need. Workers are amazing, customer service on point and they make sure the foods are always clean and packaged properly. Love this place 10/10

After our UberEats delivery was not delivered and a refund requested, we still wanted to enjoy our order. We went down to Dairy Bell Mill Park to reorder our deserts and brought up the UberEats order, we were surprised to hear our order was in the freezer. The employee (who I assume was the owner due to her professional in the matter) gave us a discount for our trouble and we both will escalate this poor behavior by the Uber drivers to Uber. For comparison, Uber charged us $41.53 for a sundae and brownie with a scoop of ice cream that never arrived. Dairy Bell charged us $22.10. When we got home we were so happy to finally enjoy our deserts. Our experience with Uber put a sour taste in our mouths but the Dairy Bell staff rescued our night. I will be returning to support local business, pick up my own orders and NOT using UberEats. Thanks again, incredible flavours!

Such a hidden gem at Stables shops, Mill Park. The ice cream was so delicious and the customer service from the lady was exceptional. She was super friendly and polite. The Biscoff and pistachio ice cream combination was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this ice cream shop to the locals. Keep up the good service and yummy ice cream.

Kids love coming here after school and the ladies are always generous with the scoops! Highly recommend

I took my nieces for ice cream as a school holiday outing & I could not fault the team at Dairy Bell!

Not only was the ice cream ansolutely delicious (good quality ice cream, none of that cheap, aerated stuff), the staff were so friendly & helpful, & the servings sizes were quite decent.

The only downfall was trying to pick from all of the amazing flavours!

Looking forward to our next visit :)

Discovered Dairy Bell today after we did some groceries and we were recommended a golden gaytime supershake. It was so good!!! We have found our new hang out in summer!

I visited Dairy bell mill park last night and it is a beautiful store! When I arrived there were so many people but let me tell you it was worth the wait. Ice cream is amazing with so many different flavours, they do all different kinds of smoothies, donuts and brownies! Donuts were so fresh! Wonderful customer service. Can’t wait to come back!!

What a beautiful, welcoming ice cream shop! Such a great range of flavours and goodies! The donuts are so fresh and full of flavour! I had the pleasure of being served by the mother/daughter owners and such an amazing experience it was! I can’t wait to go back!!

Came here on a hot night for some ice cream and was not dissappointed. Heaps of flavours and toppings. The nutella gelato was light and chocolatey. Lovely service too.

While I was there deciding what to order, a family came in and ordered 4 ice creams. The mum dropped hers and the woman behind the counter instantly made her a new one and didn't charge her. Yet her husband had the audacity to complain that the prices were 'exorbidant. He sucks. The ice cream does not.

You can tell the flavors are well thought out about what we (the people) want.. same with the brownies & donuts.. I'm not usually a brownie or donut girl, but these flavors make me want to stuff my face with them which is definitely not helping my "summer bod." 😂
And the service is amazing, this mother & daughter duo are the most friendliest people and go above & beyond to make sure they give their customers exactly what they want.. they make me want to me part of their family and even just come down for a chat. ☺😜 All I'm going to say is I'm excited to see this place in summer because with this service & this out of the world product.. it is going to go off like a Saturday night at the "Q," only us oldies will get that. And I know where I'll be every summer night this year, I may as well buy shares. 😏😂

Service was impeccable from owner! Shop is super clean and ice cream transports you back to a child (notably choc banana)

Hands down, the most amazing shake I have ever had. The peppermint cookie monster supershake was out of this world! Not only that, the staff working there were so helpful and doing such a great job, especially through this hard time. All smiles, positive vibes.. will be coming be back!!
