The staff really make it, though. Intelligent, friendly, and knowledgeable about the store and most projects you can fathom. Take the time to talk to someone. You'll always learn something.

Fantastic store. People go over and above to help customers. One staff member in particular Polly has great customer service. She is so happy and always has a smile on her face and always has a laugh or a joke ready. Having a laugh or a joke when shopping isn't the norm anymore and it's a shame. Will come back to this store and shop anytime.

Just want to shout out to Sam the cutting guy in timber yard for being an absolute legend with customer service. Because of your help, I was able to finish my wood project this weekend. Thank you!

Great store. Found everything I needed for my home project as well as making my smart home they have had all the equipment I needed. The help at this store was great. I am happy with the price and quality of equipment and tools I needed. Always great feel to the store and easy to navigate to find the items I needed.over all great place to shop for all diy projects.

I had the best experience with a team member called Maria who went above and beyond for me to track down a receipt that I had lost on order to return items I had recently purchased. Although it would have been difficult to track down the information as I didn’t have the exact date or time of my purchase she was extremely helpful and tracked it down so that I could return my item that unfortunately was not working. It’s very rare to find people that go out their way for you, so thank you!

5+ stars for Mick in the trades section. He was so helpful when clueless me put my keys and phone in the boot to pick up the heavy mulch I’d just bought, and then managed to lock myself out of the car. Without hesitation Mick let me make the necessary phone calls using his mobile phone to fix my problem. He was very calming during the time of my distress. Thanks, Mick. You are a true gentleman.

My 5 stars go to Whitney in the trade department. She went above and beyond to help us when we ordered a pallet of garden soil. She organised the courtesy trailer for us and made the whole process easy and stress free. Also provided us with great options regarding our requirements and future orders.

I made a click and collect order but it was cancelled due to insufficient stock. I went in to double check because on the site it is still available! There were 4 still in stock. A bit frustrated this occurred but it was a blessing in disguise. I was further assisted by Denver in regards to what screws were required to build some built in shelving for the garage. He went in full detail about which screws I needed and what to be weary of. Keep it up, Denver!

Jaqueline was the utter star of the place, organising items for delivery, driven, motivated, efficient and went beyond what I've ever experienced in a Bunnings.
A real asset to the store.

This is a huge Bunnings. The pet aisles - one for dogs, one for cats - have an enormous amount of stock and very reasonable prices.
Store is clean and the entrance is open and not cluttered up with trolleys and stock like all other stores. I wish I'd had time to check out the nursery.

I would honestly say that this might be one of the best Bunnings in Victoria. Staff are ludicrously friendly and helpful, store is organised very well and pretty much always has every item that you’d expect. Although I do live close to this one so you may need to make a point to come to this Bunnings but for the people who live close it’s an absolute dream of a Bunnings store.

Absolutely love this bunnings. Omg my favourite store. I have shopped in many bunnings but this one blows my mind. Such lovely staff and a awesome selection of plants 🪴 😍.
If you love plants like me we'll worth the trip.

They have a good coffee machine take away for free trade centre

Had to pick up something and transaction was quick, parking easily available.
