Museum and silo art close by.

Great community feel.

Stayed a few days here. Lovely quiet spot by the river. Powered site and water $10.00 per night. Visited the Heritage listed Stick Shed in Murtoa. Lovely few days.

Another great piece of artwork that's been done on another couple of silos thats great to see while on a road trip in the area at Rupanyup. As its in town stop for a bite to eat or just relax at one of the few cafes.

Read the literature available in the small shelter directly across from this silo and you will learn about other attractions this small town has to offer.
There is an art trail on the perpendicular street to this silo, which we walked along as well. That street also houses the local IGA and clean public toilets.

Really nice, on a made road so easy access for motorcycles. Not hidden it is in the main street. Easy to park your bike or car in front of to get that shot or take a selfie. Not busy so you will have time to get your photo. Plenty of room for cars, bikes and or buses.

Wonderful at work but soon the paint will need a touch up soon. Worth a visit nevertheless.

So much fun driving around the gorgeois countryside to find these. The art work and skill to complete is fantastic definitely worth a visit

The beginning of the silo art trail for us and what a great way to start, the details in the faces are amazing. Not alot going on in the town and generally felt a little abondened as nothing was open however take a walk down to the hospital (only about 10 minutes) and you will see some more great murals

Such beautiful artwork! The detail is amazing. A great idea to help promote rural communities. There is a helpful information board on sight with pamphlets about local towns and other contributing silos on the Silo Art Trail. Great for the kids to see as well.

Another highlight of our trip in Grampians. An hour drive from Stawell our accommodation and well worth seeing this kind of scenery. Just on a side street off Western Highway Rupanyup. No problems on street parking.

Great painting. Also worth a look down the centre medium strip of the main street.

The Silo Trail is well worth the drive . It's only about 200 long & a pleasant drive amongst acres of yellow canola fields. Spectacular 🎨 art on a large scale.

Easy to locate thanks to Google Maps. Great artwork and a quaint little town to discover as well.

One of the first painted silos rust starting to appear it will be a shame when these are lost if you want to see them now is the time

Nice mural and architecture in this town.

Closer to Horsham and Murtao, it's the smallest of all the silo arts, but a more special one in retrospective. It's easier to draw on a blank canvas. But blending into the background color, coming up with such a realistic piece of art, is not an easy task. The faces in the painting are so relatable. It's well informed along the route and easier to find. It's a small town but a beautiful one.

I would suggest, starting from your trip from this one.
