Frangipani - Noosa

Kate and the ladies at Frangipani made a gentleman out of me in my fiancees eyes by dressing her in some of the nicest clothes I've ever seen, Thank you Kate for the great service and wonderful experience we had in your store

How far up themselves are they in this shop, the huge door is closed and after opening it for my partner to view a dress we soon realise we were unwelcome. We asked re dress and snobbish sales person said it is pure silk and $1200 you know , she may as well as said get OUT now. You can never tell a book by it's cover lady for all you know we could have been interested in making an offer on you whole shop. Remember no pay no play, no money no honey, I wonder what a front this business is for as it obviously does not need passing tourist traffic.

I can't recall having a worse shopping experience than at this shop. I have never had a particularly enjoyable experience in here but being told I'm not allowed in the shop because I'm 'too fat' is not how anyone should ever be treated ANYWHERE.
Your staff should be absolutely ashamed of how you treat people. Here's a clue, good customer service is about making the customer feel great.

Being told by the mature aged shop assustsnt that i could not try on any of the clothes as my body would be oily or salty from swimming.
I said ive not been swimming nor have i any suntan lotions on.
I wonder if my casual beach gear, wind swept hair and thongs brought the 'pretty woman' movie....snobby rude attitude out in her.
This same beach gear (half an hour prior)had no effect or judgement on the very helpful and personable shop assistant of Noosa Classics where i happily parted with $750.
Unless your dressed like Princess Mary or Quentin Bryce don't spoil your day going into this shop to be made feel insignificant and grubby.

The nice thing about this store is Bruno, the gorgeous dog, who was welcoming and spent time with us.
