The staff member who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our order was put together very quickly, and the order was accurate. There were only 2 books that weren't in stock, but they were posted out quickly with reasonably priced postage. Great service, cannot fault them. 👍👍

The lady that served me in the Moorabbin store today was very helpful and friendly answering my questions even through the chaos of back to school queues. Olivia who also assisted with one query I had went out of her way to help with an out of stock product which was greatly appreciated.

After having dealt with the one in derrimut for year, this one was fantastic in comparison. Staff friendly and helpful and although it was not busy it was a great experience.
Pity it's an hour away but hopefully next year I'm in the area again and can use this site.

Store busy, well organised, we got parking, staff have customer service skills and were helpful & knowledgeable on schools requirements given they had up to date book/stationery lists.

Lovely service at Campion store. The lady redirected us to the Campion V hotline to discuss our delivery arrangement. Katie was the most amazing person ever, and honestly the best phone experience I have had. She thoroughly discussed the options and gave us the best way to move forward to fix it.

This information may help many more people which I learnt today

- if your books are being delivered on the 25th of Jan with your schools allocated time you can spend five dollars more to get it delivered in the next 5 to 7 business days

I don't know the staff members name (black frizzy hair) but she came out front to sort the queue. Great job and meant I could get my refund. She then personally processed it. Super customer service

Organised a few school textbooks online, the process was easy and quick. I did have to return one textbook while I had incorrectly purchased so went to the Campion Education physical store at Moorabbin. The lady at the counter was extremely understanding and helpful and made the refunds process a breeze. (She had great handwriting too!) In and out of there in no time. Great customer experience Campion Education.
