My partner and i go to maleny every year for our anniversary and we were so happy to find hinterland escape! upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely owner and shown around our apartment. the apartment itself was beautiful, super comfortable and cosy, and also quite spacious, with everything you could possibly need provided. the views during the day are gorgeous and there’s a few places on the property you can sit and look out over the lovely landscape. only around a 5 minute drive from maleny town and the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend. also milly the resident dog is beautiful! thankyou guys!

Had a wonderful 3 day stay here and was warmly welcomed by the owner and his gorgeous little puppy! Was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the unit was and even more so by the gorgeous bathroom! The views are stunning at the property and its central enough to get to everything with ease. Great option for couples who are looking for a child free tranquil setting to escape the everyday life for a while! Will definitely be looking forward to our next stay.

Very peacefull and relaxing stay. Everything you need in a very clean and tidy unit. Plenty of room with big rooms and living area. Kitchenette is well equipped with some staples in the fridge when you arrive. Charlie and miss Millie take good care of the grounds and gardens. Very highly recommended for a pleasant tranquil stay.

Wonderful and exceeded expectations. We arrived early evening and were greeted by Charlie who helped us with our luggage before explaining everything about our apartment. The fire, mood lighting and warmth completed our perfect welcome. Better than we could have imagined. Within two days we had extended our stay to a full week and would have stayed longer if the apartment had been available. Everything we could have wanted was there with lots of extras; right down to lovely throws in the rooms, beautiful towels, fabulous bed, plenty of storage and even a jewellery box!!
The location is perfect for a quiet time away, lovely spot overlooking the valley and hills to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

A beautiful secluded position just out of Maleny. The apartments are a good size with a reasonable kitchenette. The bed is huge, 2 x king singles. There is wifi and Netflix on both TV's. There is a covered car park. Charlie and Mary are great hosts. Short distance into Maleny and the various waterfalls around the area.

We stayed in the Kookaburra suite for a weekend during winter. Finished our day sitting on the crest of the property overlooking the valley below as the sunset. The suite is massive and tastefully appointed with an electric fireplace, spacious living area with blankets and a comfy couch perfect too curl up in front of the fire and watch a movie. This is one of the best places we've stayed in the hinterlands and we'll absolutely be going back again.

My Partner and I recently escaped the kids and got away to this little hidden gem for a 2 night stay. I seriously recommend this spot for any couple lucky enough to be able to organise a weekend away.

Outstanding experience. Bed was huge and comfortable. View was stunning. The owners are so lovely and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more.
