Extremely poor service. Been into shop three times asking for quotes on water tanks, taken my name and number put in book. Been over three months
still nothing,. Don't know how they make any business with such poor service .

Visited office twice within 2 weeks requesting connection of a gas oven. Both times I was informed they would be in touch within a week. 12 months have gone by now and still no call. Had a trade come from Busselton to carry out the job as could not continue cooking everything on the BBQ…🤷🏼

Poor service or should i say no service after calling for quote and after two weeks still no call.

I am very disappointed!!!
In my kitchen in the pub i needed a few things done.
put 2 elbows on the down pines of the gutter. one was done OK, the other not quite how he said how he would do it, but it is working.
he had to leave to an emergency. but didn't come back to fix the rest.
a leaking tab and a broken drain of an oven
3 weeks later someone came and fixed the tab.
yet forgot the drainage!!!
Finally (I thought!) someone came to fix the rest.
well my kitchen flooded again.
He made me look a little stupid in front of my boss. I just had to open a valve. Yet the water leaked out somewhere. He said, the water had to go somewhere, and left.
and today,... guess what!?! My kitchen flooded again.

I AM VERY VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

No integrity, employees are treated like scum, over priced.
