Palmerville Station

Have recently spent long weekend at the station. Amazing location with breathtaking scenery and tranquillity. A must for anyone interested in fossicking. Historical sites with plenty of relicts to find. Also plenty of gold if you know where to look ;) Lots of camping options. You can bring caravan (4wd only) , tent or rent a cabin if you're into glamping :) Lovely caretakers Kerrie and Frog will make you feel welcomed. Just don't ask where the gold is 😁

Great place,great facilities,nights are fantastic this time of year to camp out ,and frog and kerri are very welcoming.And yes their still is gold to be found.

I've been going to Palmerville for 3 years now and love it every time. The facilities are amazing with hot showers, clean toilets and wifi. The camp grounds are well maintained, it's gods country with plenty of gold to find, fish to catch and sights to see. Well worth the drive

Very cool place, even just for a night of camping its very worth it. And if you like prospecting, bonus 👍.

Went for a quick trip a few weeks ago. Nice place to visit, even better for gold prospecting. Main camp grounds have everything you could possibly need. Terrain is quite hilly with large deep gullies running through almost every part of the station so keep in mind it is pretty slow going when travelling to and from in the general prospecting area on the station. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. Hoping to make visiting a regular occurrence!

I emailed them twice and phoned and left a message twice. They didn’t get back to me at all. Pretty poor of them I thought. I was in the area and wanted to go there. Apparently I’m not the only person who this has happened to.
