Robert and the team are fantastic, very smooth and easy to work with. I have dealt with him in a variety of legal situations and I can’t thank Robert and his team enough. I am not fully aware of Australian law so he always takes the time to patiently explain me any questions I might have. If a business can be assessed based on intent integrity, capability and results, it is my experience that RFLegal lack the capability to deliver the results they promise, leaving their intent and integrity highly questionable. I persevered with this law firm, trying 22 times over 6 months to get a simple call back, but eventually gave up and walked away. If you desire expediency as I did then this firm is not for you.

RF legal is not more than just a law firm... it's not even a decent law firm. Got a consultation and he seemed great, agreed to become clients and for him to start fighting our case. Through the process of 2 months after he said he'd take the case we emailed for an update... nothing. Finally after leaving a message with his receptionist and another email he replied to the email apologising for the delay and said he'd give us an update by the end of the week.

3 weeks past and no update so we emailed again, then called only to have receptionist say she'd pass on the message as he wasn't in. Called a couple days later and left another message being told he was working from home. Sent another email asking if we should seek alternate representation. I only got to actually speak to Robert when I turned up at his office unannounced to find he was in and demanded he see me.

After 3 months he had NOTHING to show for my case, NOTHING! Had nothing to say for himself other than "I've been busy" and then said "If you wish to engage us in the new year we'd be glad to help". I had engaged him for the past 3 months and got nothing! Safe to say I absolutely don't recommend him unless you want a lawyer who won't do the work, won't contact you and won't care about your case. Unless you want to pay him more than he is worth I don't think you'll get even a decent service.

useless biast total disrespect for clients best interest and in my case childrens best interests, lacking compassion urgency professionalism and listening skills from what i hear from his 'friends' hes quite happy to break the law for personal gain but unwilling to fight for his clents best interests and uphold the law i wouldn't recommend this service
