Robe Pharmacy

Outstanding service and friendly staff. While on holiday with young kids, we had to visit the pharmacy several times and they remembered who we were and provided great expertise and advice regarding our needs. Extremely friendly staff. I wish all pharmacies were this welcoming and friendly!

This pharmacy is so polite but I am especially grateful for my privacy and dignity been maintained. The pharmacist just referred to “my tablets”. Other pharmacist just yell out from behind their bench - yell your name and then all the names of my medications for all and sundry to hear !

Friendly and knowledgeable

It would be nice if they can follow up with the customers instead of let them hanging waiting for their order. Happened few times and don't feel good about it. And when voices out your opinion, the staffs have million excuses to pass the blame back to you. Hope they improve their management so they really serve the Robe community as they jinx it.
Missing the previous pharmacist who is so friendly with better management. Beachport is so lucky for sure to have him!
