Walked in to buy a jacket and was helped by a staff member who was very knowledgeable on the products. I told him what I wanted from a jacket and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed in the store. He'd let me know there were some jackets on order as well. He was very patient and helpful and was genuinely interested in helping me find what worked best for me. The shop was quite busy but the staff member didn't rush me or keep me waiting and was still able to help the rest of the team work through the customers. It was a really pleasant experience and I was even given a bit of a discount due to a mark on the cuff of the jacket that I hadn't (and probably wouldn't have) noticed. Overall a fantastic experience and really great service from the store.

Went here to find a first helmet for my partner whilst we were in the region, and was served by Brodie (hopefully spelt correctly). Unfortunately we weren’t able to find one that fit but the service from this young lad was excellent. He provided solid advice and direction on what we can do to find a correct fitting helmet. Alex also was incredibly helpful, especially in terms of helping us locate one closer to home, his knowledge was outstanding. Both men went above and beyond to sort it out for us, and both are an asset to the business.

I Always love shopping here. I needed some Motor Bike Boots for the kids today, and while the friendly assistant advised that due to COVID-19, their stock was limited, they still had a great range of products on display ready for immediate purchase. Another happy customer. 5 stars all round and will definately be back.
