What a way to start a beautiful Autumnal Sunday morning with my husband and son! My first time on a SUP. Karl gave a great lesson on the beach first - easy and informative! Then we were off into the water. Karl is a fabulous teacher and such a lovely guy! Highly recommend Bombora to anyone! Thanks Karl :)

Great lesson with lots of practical tips and safety advice as a beginner. Magical morning on the water. Finished the lesson feeling confident and relaxed and keen to have another go at SUP before too long.

We came down for a paddle boarding session and had such an awesome time hanging out with Karl. A stellar guy with a stellar attitude and that shows in his work.
A nice quiet area to learn with a great teacher if you’re new to water activities. If you’re more experienced it’s a great place to adventure and you’ll get all the tips and tricks you need to be successful. So affordable for the quality of service that’s provided.

We hired some stand-up paddleboards for a few hours. We came during non-peak time on a weekday so we called Karl and he met us at the beach at a time we organised. Ettalong Beach is a perfect place for SUP, especially beginners as it's faily shallow and calm with not many water-craft (likely busier on the weekend and school holidays). Thank you Karl we enjoyed our afternoon so much!

We booked with Bombora Sup for a SUP yoga class for a hen party. It was great fun, and Karl was awesome. It was a pretty windy day but Karl made it very safe for even those who were a little nervous/first timers. The actual yoga class was challenging but manageable and we all really enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend/go back! Thanks Karl :-)

Carl was not only a great guy but also very knowledgeable about paddle boarding. Paddling here between the boats and the little beach was a great way to spend an active morning.

Nice location, quality equipment and very friendly service. Karl is great, a really friendly guy and very helpful. He provided a quick lesson on the beach and I was up and going in no time. If you havent tried SUP, give it a go. It's not difficult and is quite relaxing once you get going.

Karl was a fantastic instructor. My partner and I have seen Bombora every time we’ve come to the central coast to visit family and finally decided to try SUP for the first time.
Karl gave us a lesson on the beach and even guided us one on one in the water too to make sure we could get the hang of it.
We both had an amazing time on the water despite the weather being a little rough. Would definitely love to do it again.

Even despite the overcast weather and spotted rain, we had the most phenomenal time out on the water at Bombora Ettalong Beach SUP! Karl gave us an efficient and informative brief on how to use our boards and paddles (3 first timers). The next hour and a bit was filled with laughter, fun and games on the board and falling into the water. Highlight recommend!. Any weather conditions, any time of the year!

This was the first time I did SUP and the learning experience with Karl was great! He is very friendly and his instructions are clear. Highly recommend this activity. It's easier than I thought.

We rented SUP board with my friend. Karl was very friendly and flexible. Even though we booked on the day morning he arranged for us. We had really fun and loved it!!

We booked the night before online and arrived an hour early. He had enough boards and was organized and quick to accommodate us early. We are experienced paddle borders and enjoyed the one hour easy, paddle around the boats and to the nearby beach. The current conditions were there, and Carl was very knowledgeable about his boards and paddle boarding in general!

10/10 recommend! I did a one hour lesson with Karl and got so much out of it, I can’t wait to SUP again. Highly recommend giving it a go if you’re in the area.

Had a Great experience playing sup ball today with a bunch of happy people. Karl is a Legend, who organised a great sup festival. I really appreciated his passion and respect for sup 🤙🏽

I had the pleasure of a one-on-one lesson this morning with Karl and it was fabulous. I have previous SUP experience however today I walked away having learnt so much; especially correcting my technique, mastering new turn techniques and getting more efficiency out of every stroke.
