The team at All Pest Solutions in Coffs Harbour were very professional and friendly. They provided all the information that I had asked for. The quoted price for the services needed at home was very reasonable and considerably less than other quotes that I had received. All the technicians who arrived on my property were very friendly and professional. Well, from first-hand experience with All Pest Solutions, Northern Rivers, I can now say that the very favourable comments for the 5-star Google reviews for this company must be true! Two weeks ago on Sunday evening at our home outside of Kyogle, I noticed what appeared to be a termite breach. The next morning, after reading a number of online reviews, I rang and talked with Christina, who was patient and very helpful when I described the situation. Christina was able to get Dean to come out later on the same day to inspect our home, and he was able to confirm my suspicions. Dean then thoroughly described the process he recommended (extermination within the house and barrier installed outside of the house) to get on top of the problem, including the costs involved. My wife and I gave the green light and Dean phoned the office to see what the availability was for getting technicians out the same week. Success there -- two days later, Reece and Jayden arrived promptly at 8 am and spent the next eight hours diligently carrying out the work. Nothing was too much of a problem; while I was still giving Reece the house tour inside, Jayden got to work clearing areas around the outside of the house in preparation for the trenching required for the barrier -- things that I should have done before they arrived! When I apologised for not having done this, Jayden said not to worry, it was all under control. The boys carried out their work with thorough professionalism and did a brilliant clean-up afterwards, including removing all the concrete dust generated from having to drill through the concrete patio to install a section of the barrier. And a big thumbs-up to Christina and Bec at the office for arranging a payment plan to suit us -- very, very helpful there. Well done to everyone at All Pest Solutions, Northern Rivers! We feel as if we are in great hands now as we wait for the follow-up inspections!

We where lucky enough to have had three highly knowledgeable staff from All Pest Solutions Adam, Dean and Deakon assist with a termite inspection on our very large home and we have the highest praise for all involved. Each of these Gentlemen where knowledgeable professional and so polite and respectful. My elderly mother worries were put at ease.

Punctual. Friendly. Explained what they were doing and what they had found. Thorough inspection from Reece & Damo. Able to tell white ant subnests from false positives on the thermal cam. Comprehensive fipronil treatment outside and (where they found active termites) inside. Tidied up after their work and left things neat.
