Great service. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. The fixed my broken A/C quickly and without fuss.

These guys were totally amazing. The air conditioning in my car stopped working in the middle of Summer and Northern Rivers Auto Electrical fit me in as soon as they opened on Monday morning after the weekend and had my car all fixed by the next afternoon so I could get back on the road to complete my journey from Brisbane to Sydney with three crazy kids in air conditioned comfort. They even fixed a wiring problem with a cigarette lighter in my car and gave me a bunch of fuses for free after I had already paid.

The guy who was talking to me on the phone didn’t give me much comfort that the job could be done on time but just be patient and wait for the main guy to get back to you. He’s like Bob the Builder. Yes He Can.

Fixed an air conditioning problem that another mechanic had failed to fix. Showed me on the car what part was causing the problem and gave me a quote before doing the repair so I felt very well informed about the issue and more confident that they would be able to help where others had failed. The final bill matched the quote I was given and my AC is cold again.

I only have high praise for Northern Rivers Auto Electrical, Jared assisted me greatly with the electrical upgrades I needed (and the ones I didn’t need also!) saving me money in the process.
