Uralla Showground and Camping

Very nice place with extremely home style rest rooms. And very important is no smell of animals, you should get what i mean if you have been any other show ground.

Top spot, plenty of room, close to town. Super helpful& friendly caretaker. Dogs welcome. A nice quiet spot, close to the highway but no highway noise.

We had a great stay at the Uralla Showground. Plenty of flat open space and power & water sites available if needed. Has very tidy amenities and a dump point too. The caretakers are great and very helpful. Uralla is a top town with everything you need, better than the other major centres. We'll be back. :)

Friendly caretakers great sites plenty of space and privacy just under a kilometre walk to town to the town historic walks pubs cafes. Top pub great choice of gf food and amazing

This was a great place to stay. Lots of room to spread out away from other campers. The caretaker was a lovely gentleman that was very accommodating and come to meet me at about 7:00 on a Sunday to let me stay.

There were a few lights around the grounds so you could see where everything was but not too many to be annoying. There was a toilet and shower block that was clean and well maintained. The hot shower was amazing!!

There was lots of bird life all around the grounds as well and the facilities were great. Will definitely be staying here again on the way through.

Great location 850m walk to the main street of Uralla where you'll find a craft beer brewery "New England Brewery". Darren the caretaker was friendly and met us on arrival. The bathrooms were beautifully renovated and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Uralla Showground. Plenty of nice powered sites and the amenities were clean and serviceable. The caretaker was friendly and very helpful. We will stay for two nights on our return journey to have a better look at the town.

Monthly markets are great. Friendly stallholders selling a range of items. A great morning out for the family

Only camped overnight but was really pleased. Nice quiet location, modern clean facilities. Walking distance to main street. Will use next trip for sure.

What an awesome showgrounds!!!
Soooo clean with amazing amenities but just couldn't get over how well the showgrounds are kept.
Just finished at the Uralla show. Run and organised by a young fella who seems to understand that looking forward with eyes wide open to amazing ideas that made for a fantastic show.

The markets on the first Sunday of every month are awesome! Uralla is quite special. Walcha has some excellent shops too. Must be the altitude?

Great showgrounds, lots of room, horses nearby, powered sites, lovely clean toilets and beautiful hot showers $23 per night, will be back again. Lovely helpful manager

Immaculate toilets,very clean and tidy grounds

Plenty of shade. I spent 4hrs there with a 3yr old boy. Well organised. Good food. Good service.
