GP Surgery Campbelltown

Beautiful new centre and really helpful to be able to get a Doctors appointment on a Sunday.

Saw Dr Mario Soteriou for the first time today. He was such a knowledgeable, professional, caring doctor. Explained everything so clearly and made sure my husband understood. Highly recommend him. Front staff were also excellent and helpful

First time going to this Surgery, as our Doctor was no long available at another surgery, so tried to follow him. Son had severe skin condition that we could not get answers for and had tried many different recommended remedies to no avail. After seeing GP Surgery Campbelltown, despite our originally requested Doctor not being available - we saw Dr Helen Kong. She was straight down for business, showed genuine concern for my son's condition and immediately picked up the phone and assisted us with getting a specialist appointment (this specialist was booked out until February) - thanks to her, we were seen today and been placed on a new plan for new hope. Thank you Doctor Helen, for your compassion and urgency with my son's condition. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

I have been seeing Dr Matto at his surgeries fo over 40 years, and have always found him and his colleagues most helpful.I have been going to Gp surgery since the beginning of its existence, and I must say that I have always been treated with high respect and confidentiality, the two original receptionists Filomena and Anna, whom are still there, are absolutely wonderful and helpful.
This surgery has cared for all my family, it seems forever, and when my parents were nearing the end of their lives, the doctors in this surgery were very compassionate and caring.
At this point I would like to thank once again every one at Gp surgery for all your help during that sad time.
As for all the other patients that complain about the service they received at this surgery, I would like to point out that you are attending a medical practice where professional medical experts are treating people like yourselves with the required treatments and appropriate protocols.sometimes individuals may be really sick and require additional treatment, and may require extra time.
So stop being selfish and spare some respect for the patients before you, they may be dying.
If you want quick fast and uncaring service, go to McDonald’s .

Great new site, very modern and clean. The Dr I saw listened and he was very helpful.

Fantastic and very caring - amazing Dr Bart Mascolo. The staff have always been very helpful. When going to a doctor people need to recognise that waiting should be expected as consultations could take longer. I travel across town.

Small car park. Friendly front staff. Dr Kong was rude and judgemental. Need to improve listening and personal skills.

Would be great if the electronic booking system they use actually booked the appointments at the time it said it was available, or if the practice had better policies to contact you when they modify/cancel the booking. Not too happy about having a lapse in my care. The GP’s are amazing though.

This was once a great practice.It's changed hands and many of the old staff have left.Some of the new front office staff seem to think they can answer on behalf of doctors.
Never had a cross word or a problem for 30 years going to this practice.Now people who have been going here for many many years are like strangers.
Front office staff one in particular extremely condescending and outright rude.

Because of this covid 19 and I have a cough .can't get an appointment face to face if I wanted a phone appointment I would've asked . Admin staff need to educate themselves on how to deal with people calling experiencing a mental health issue total lack of duty of care .the lady who I just spoke to was rude and made me feel like asking to see a doctor was a crime because I have had a cough for the last few weeks and can't shake it

I reached at 5:52 , I was told by the reception staff after consulting with the doctor that, the doctor was leaving in ten minutes and could not see me as they were not my regular gp practice.
This despite my telling the reception staff that it was an emergency where I could not reach my goal in time. What happened to duty of care?

Disgusting and disrespectful doctor Helen Kong, she did not listen to my word, just kept saying her words. And said she was very busy, many patients were waiting. Pardon?I paid and waited for nearly an hour(I had an appointment) to see you. Very bad experience.

Very very poor service, even in an emmagancy situaition. I expected the healthcare in australia to be much more better than this. Whoever run this place you need younger enthusiastic attentive polite and non discriminative staff.

Seriously just less than 2 minutes of consultation and charging close to $80 and the gap was $37
Now I see why it's 2.5 star.

Unimpressed with manner and lack of professionalism from Dr Babak. Rude and condescending.
