Glynde Mitre 10

i went this morning to find a non-slip bath mat. Peter saw me coming, asked what I was looking for, directed me and called someone to tell them I was coming. Mary met me and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Both were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there. Very impressive!

Well, I go here more often than a year ago. 3 times this week. Good little shop. Usually have what you want. Professional courtesy by staff. Are rather good at price matching. Returns for faulty or incorrect products have been processed quickly. With suitable alternatives usually available.
The drive thru wood section have provided me with lots of wood over the years. Cutting service is handy.
Paint mixers are very good at colour matching. Photo's of latest hardware project.
Small art section is just perfect.
Garden section has lovely plants. Set out nicely.

I experienced exceptional customer service today from Greg, the store manager. He was friendly and competent in resolving a pricing issue, not of his making, which could otherwise have left us with negative sentiment towards Mitre 10. We will definitely go out of our way to shop at this store again!!

I had such a lovely experience being looked after by Belinda in the garden centre. Her knowledge of plant species and different ways I could rid my roses of pests was so helpful. A huge asset to the business, I will be back!

I had the most amazing service at Glynde Mitre 10 today by Mary, Belinda and Elena.

Mary helped me out in the plumbing section, Belinda helped out in the gardening area and Elena served me at the front counter when I went to pay.

These three staff are an absolute asset to Glynde Mitre 10 and the entire Mitre 10 chain. Please pass on my thanks!

PS there was another staff member at the counter when I was paying for my items. I didn’t get her name but she was just as wonderful, so if you know who it was, please give her a shout out too!

Great staff! Got helped by 3 people just to sort out bags of concrete. Good mob. Not slackin off like other places.

Just recieved the SPEAR AND JACKSON LEAF GRABBER, I saw one similar on "Flawless Cleaning Services " YouTube channel. Works well, plus the RHINO GARDENING GLOVES are very comfortable to wear and use. The staff went above and beyond to help me as I couldn't use the phone because I'm deaf. Will definitely shop there again and would highly recommend them if you need extra advice and help.

Always friendly staff, great range of products which are priced very competitively.
The trade centre is great too, very accommodating when asking for custom lengths of wood etc.

What a great Mitre 10, has everything you need and more. The only place you can buy the LoFlo sprinkles in Adelaide (except online) but the trip out there is definitely worth it. Friendly staff and they actually help. Well done guys..no wonder it's so busy.👍👍

Brent is a legend! Been going to Mitre 10 Glynde for over a decade for multiple house renos but today had Brent help sort out my stihl slasher. Spent the time and had the knowledge to recommend the right product for the job. Can't speak highly enough about the team at Mitre 10 Glynde. It's a true hardware store 👍

Went to bunnings and they couldn’t cut a key that works , went to mitre ten and it worked straight away . The lady was definitely more skilled in her job

Amazing good old fashioned service. I needed a replacement blower vac bag for my Bosch. From Sharon, Glen, Oscar and a few others that I don't recall. But thank you for the great help over the phone and organising it to be sent to me in Melbourne. What a great team!
