I called up 10 minutes before closing time, you sent out your men to start my car and then back at the workshop put in a new battery! I couldn't believe the professionalism, friendliness and no fuss service just to ensure that I was looked after. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this business, Ben and his very friendly team got me sorted, I went in with what I thought was a small issue and it turned out that I had no back brakes. So they got new ones and made sure I was safe to keep travelling. Expert knowledge and very reasonable priced. Thank you. 10 stars.

Fantastic, friendly customer service. Was able to get my car in quickly to have the aircon regassed, the job was finished promptly and now my aircon is working really well! Great value for money, I am a very happy customer.

Had a problem with vehicle, called around 4:30pm and they looked at and fixed the issue the next day, which was great as we were travelling to Kings Canyon, then Yulara and then home the day after. Ben was very helpful and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this business.

I recommend this business. We had some issues with our caravan that needed addressing. They were a bit out of the ordinary but they fixed them for us on a timely basis so we could make our destination tonight. Charges were very fair.

These guys fitted us in last minute for some repairs to our dual Battery system. We were just travelling through Alice so was a bit worried about finding someone to help at such short notice. Ben was very busy but fitted us in for a diagnostics and quick repair to get us back on the road again. Very professional and greatly appreciated, would definitely come back again.

I had an issue with loosing coolant whilst I was at Kings Canyon
I rang AMS and asked a few questions
We ended up booking my vehicle in on a Saturday to complete a pressure test. They don’t normally work Saturdays. Unfortunately I needed a new radiator which needed to be freighted in. Had to leave my vehicle there as wouldn’t be wise to drive.
I received a phone call on Monday afternoon stating vehicle fixed. The only thing we forgot to order was the radiator hoses but they sorted that out.

The cost of everything was reasonable and that included the freight costs.

I do recommend AMS as they were very helpful. I now feel I can continue my journey exploring our country with confidence.
Please be aware I know I was fortunate that the freight came in quickly but I was realistic if it didn’t it’s beyond AMS control

These guys are the best. I had one day only to get an important job done, nobody else in town would do it. Although they were fully booked, Ben managed to fit the job in and did an excellent electrical fix. They are busy because they're in high demand, but very accommodating and clearly explain what to expect and outline all details of the job. Friendly and thorough. Highly professional and trustworthy. I've no hesitation in highly recommending Alice Mechanical Solutions.

I was amazed with the staff customer service. I been having bad experiences with customer services with some staff at different workshops in which you see staff judge you before they even talk to you, judge by your appearance.

So Alice Mechanical Solution staff were so great and welcoming and make me feel welcome and expressed what I was there for. They were so friendly, I recommend anyone to this mechanic.

The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Our car had issues with the dash lights. Our vehicle was in warranty so AMS followed up all of the necessary paperwork, photos and videos to allow a smooth solution without extra payment. The service price was extremely reasonable and we had our car back by lunchtime.

This amazing company made getting my radiator replacement done easy. I dropped in to ask if my radiator was faulty and within 5 minutes they had found a new one in Alice Springs and requested I drop my 4x4 off so they could do the change. 3 hours later a phone call to say it was completed, they had squeezed my ute into there busy day to help get me back on the road and keep travelling. Thank you again.
