Qattro

Ever since handing my investment property to Qattro property Management it has been nothing but amazing. We had some issues with a tenant and Qattro sorted them out to my total satisfaction after taking over the property form a previous Agent.
Since then the rent from my property ALWAYS hits my bank account on time at the end of every month
I am very happy with the selection process for the tenants in my property and I am extremely happy with the tenants living there because the reports I receive indicate that they are taking excellent care of the house
The property manager is obliging helpful and eager to take good care of my property giving me peace of mind, I have always found him to be professional and eager to help

My husband and I were very keen to build again..this was our 4th build in the 20 years we have lived in Australia. By far Qattro was the best company we dealt with. Our new home is exactly what we were looking for..
Great location..great value for money.. and quality of our finished home was the best we had, there was very few little fix ups that were fixed very promptly. We also made recommendations to to our family/friends who also decided to purchase properties.

The whole process from buying the land to building the townhouse was fairly easy, the end result is a townhouse that looks great and is good quality, any issues were dealt with promptly. A big plus is that it is a proper turnkey house, there are no hidden costs.
Only complaint would be that it took a long time to build but otherwise happy with the outcome.

Qattro are a great business to deal with. From the day I enquired about the development that I ended up purchasing in to the present day they have been amazing.They took care of everything, not just the build but also assisting with finance and managing the property for me. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

The Qattro team have been most receptive in any queries I had during the build. Any faults were rectified quickly. Compared to other building companies I would happily recommend Qattro's services.

I had a townhouse in Noarlunga built and the experience overall was very good and I am very happy with the completed townhouse. I had a few minor defects when moving in and they were resolved straight away. The handover was also very good and the staff were very helpful.

Honest opinion - had no major issues with them, but they definitely have a lot to improve on; constantly unavailable - I have lost count of the amount of times I have had to leave a note for a call back without a call back for several days/not at all - constantly being told "person is currently busy/in a meeting". Project was delayed 3-4 months which was kind of expected. Minor alteration to build was sent for council approval when the builders got to that part, rather than sending earlier in the peace - rookie project management move. I am still waiting on my warranty work 6 months after move-in date. Qattro did okay, but their communication with client and contractors is only a 1-star. They are super under staffed and had a turn-over rate of 3 different employees who were my primary contact over 12 months. I do like the fact they were happy to meet face-to-face within a weeks notice. I did like the handover. I did like their sales team - their sales team is a 5 star and was extremely helpful. It all went down hill when passed from sales to account management. The end product was good however our townhouse build was over 12 months late from the agreed contract completion date which cost us a lot of additional time and money.

Less than a year after the 5 year general warranty expiration on my townhouse, I became aware of water leakage issues from my balcony into the garage below. I'm now aware of at least 6 other townhouses in the complex with the same issue. The issues also extend to bathrooms in some of the townhouses. Qattro has resealed my balcony but will not address the underlying issues of failed waterproofing membrane, cracked grouting and depressions in the tile surface which cause water to pool. Owners are looking at $12,000 each to have their balcony waterproofing fixed.

Do not use this builder, whatever you think you'll save in monetary terms, you will pay for in stress and emotional tax.

My experience matches most of the other comments on these reviews, ie, delayed build (10months late), sub-standard quality, poor communication and no after sales service.

Would never ever recommend these builders to anyone. They are building two units next-door and we have had nothing but trouble. It's taken six months to put up a fence and the quality, well there is none. Gaps in the fence, crooked as a dog's hind leg now sheets have come down and the trouble we are having for them to fix it is unbelievable. They never respond to your calls, if they do it could be ages and then they come up with some lame excuse. As I said I would never recommend them to anyone.
