Food wise - great for the price and it tasted amazing however we ordered our food and we didn't receive it for almost 40 minutes after we ordered - now I am assuming this is because we ordered the "Freaking hot" when it came to spice and the bottom floor of the restaurant was full of customers. Ours was cooked once the bottom floor was cleared of customers and I walked through through the area to use the bathroom and when I say you can taste the air... You are legit tasting the spice haha it was great though.

All in all while the waiting was a little frustrating because we were hungry and had been there for almost 2 hours by that point it was still a great experience and the staff were so friendly.

It's a great little hidden gem.

Came to this place cause most Thai places are closed on Mondays with my mates. Did not regret a single bit and we enjoyed the food so much that we devoured all our dishes hoping for more rice. Got the Yellow Curry, Green Curry, Soft Shell Crab, Chicken Stir Fry, Tom Yum Soup and Pad Thai and all dishes are actually good that we be licking the bottom of our plates. Definitely will come back again !

Husband and I went to dinner here to meet our friend, and it was absolutely incredible. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic! We were blown away by the delightful service and ambience.

Every dish was made to perfection and there wasn’t one that we didn’t love!! Some of our favorites were the soft crab, tropical pineapple fried rice, boneless fried chicken, and duck salads. They surprised us with some of their top picks. Love the family style portion sharing because we got to try a little bit of everything!

We were sat on upstate. I was worried about the temperature and the service at first, BUT everything came out in a timely manner by our server and we felt so special dining at here.

Overall, such an exquisite, hip, and fun restaurant! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend to anyone in Adelaide!!!!

Amazing duck salad but also very amazing for people with seafood allergies making sure I didn't die!! Always recommend you. Last time I was in the hospital with a broken ankle and you delivered and the nurse picked it up. Amazing then too

My friend and I decided on Thai for dinner and went out of our way to visit Social Street S2 on Hutt St. They did not disappoint. The salt and pepper softshell crab entrée was crisp and had the right amount of saltiness. We tried the pork mince moo sab and spicy pad thai beef. The pork dish is a new taste to my Asian palate and would love to order this again. My friend agreed with me. The pad thai was more sweet than spicy, had only a touch of sourness (I prefer more) and we think this caters to a more Western palate. Overall, dishes were cooked well, the meat in the dishes were tasty and tender, and I'd come back to try more dishes.

Restaurant had very cosy atmosphere, staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic ! We ordered the green curry with chicken, spring rolls and drunken noodle with beef; the food had lots of flavour and were generous servings ! Will definitely be back to taste more of the menu !

Brilliant food! Lovely atmosphere! Small and cosy, perfect for date night! Lots of variety in foods with plenty of vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options as well. Will cater to those who cannot handle spice (me) and those who can take is exceptionally well.
They also use 3ply toilet paper which I was extremely impressed with.

Absolutely amazing place. The food is the best Thai food we have eaten. The staff are so friendly and happy and accommodating. Fantastic atmosphere. You won't find a better dining experience in Adelaide. Will 100% be back next time we are in town.

They accommodated my request for less oil for my stir fried beef with vegetables. Though I forgot to request for less salt, the dish turned out to be very flavourful and balanced. The phad thai was equally delicious, with the right amount of spice and sweetness, without tasting overly oily. Their version of the mango sticky rice with coconut milk was better than what we have tried in other Thai restaurants. The 2-seater area by the aisle was a little narrow. We did have to wait a while for the dessert. Maybe we went at a busy time for them or should have ordered it earlier for it to be served after the main course. Service was friendly and polite. Worth the trip and would return.

Love this place! All the food is freshly made and tastes like a home-cooked meal. The yellow curry is my absolute favourite.

Came for a quick Friday lunch with my wife, service was excellent, food was served really fast and my goodness was it delicious! Fair warning though, this was the most spicy Pad Thai I've had! Will definitely be back!

Me and my partner went here tonight for our first-year wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived, we received first class service. The food was great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. If you are looking a Thai food in Adelaide I would 100% recommend here. See you next time.

Beautiful food and the venue is stunning. I went for my 21st with my family and the waitress was so helpful. She was honest and told us that we wouldn't need the extra meal and suggested another dish to complement the others we had chosen. Overall the vibe of the place was very relaxed and cosy. The upstairs room is where you want to sit. Thank you so much social street for the wonderful service!
Ps try the green curry and the floating garden entree if they have it as a special!

My partner and I both love Thai food and we had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. For entrees we had soft shell crab, and sea flowers, for mains we had basil stir fry, pad Thai and green curry. All dishes were bursting with flavour. Even the cocktails were on point. The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hands down easily the best Thai food in town, I often get pickup or delivery and the food is consistently delicious!! Great boutique location too 😋
