Exeter Hall

We used the hall for our Daughter's wedding (80 guests). The organising committee (all volunteers) were very helpful, and the hall is excellently maintained, with a commercial grade kitchen. It is a truly a beautiful spot - and very reasonably priced.

Exeter Market was on today at the hall with local produce and products spilling out on to the covered verandah and carpark. There was something for everyone, with cottage industry the winner. So great to talk to the jewellry makers, hand knitted and hand woven alpaca producers, fresh gourmet sandwiches tarts and cakes, hand dyed wool to die for (so lux) produce off the local farms(still in their picking trays)and plants propagated with love.
Off road parking was an unexpected bonus.
Across the road was the General store doing a roaring trade to match it's reputation.
It was a great find! I'll be going back.
