On the recommendation of a friend, I had some repairs done to my wifes car today (26/3/23). I originally called in and spoke to Michael and made the appointment. The vehicle was repaired today and and I have to say that my interactions with Michael were of the highest standard -
Pleasant, courteous and took the time to explain the issue.
Given how difficult it is to retain staff these days, I can only hope that the business owners go out of their way to ensure that Michael is retained for the long term through adequate remuneration and benefits.
It is now our go to place for servicing and repairs.
