United Petroleum Pinjarra (Pie Face)

I absolutely love that you can make coffee with almond or soy. This is the first place I have seen in all of WA for this. Props to you guys. Gonna share all the vegan options in typical gas stations foods. Didn’t look much in aisles but did see a plant based protein bar too. Thank you! 🙏🏽I tried the vegan sausage roll and even my partner was fooled. ;)

I visit this servo daily and I have had nothing but excellent service . Every time I go in ,I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff are so friendly and outgoing . Tammy is my favourite, love our chats we have and she's just so friendly and caring . Don't see how others have had bad experiences as it's my favourite servo to stop in . Also the pies are delicious ,I don't get get them very often but when I do, they are yummy as . Shop is always clean and spotless too. If I could give more stars I would 🙂 thanks United servo for your excellent customer service every time !

Have stopped at this New Pinjarra United (pie face) several times now in passing. Every visit this united has been clean, had a good selection even with Logistic issues Australia wide, the staff has been friendly and prompt to greet and offer help if needed (*which is awesomely unique professionalism). It also has a chicken treat right next door with a passage in between which helps if you need fuel and a good pie won't fill you. Trailers onsite with a large parking area and new upcoming mini mall/ strip mall just opposite of then... Well worth the visit 🙂

How is a place that’s called united 24 not 24 hours. Very misleading, almost false advertising but whatever, decent service though

It would be great if they could make up there mind when they chose there opening times, advertise they will be opening at 5am, I pull up at 5:40am and find out they have changed to 6am with no notice and get ignored by the console operator.

Bought $50 fuel + $63 pouch of tobacco, opened tobacco and it was dry, stale and crispy. Disgusting, had no joy from the so-called manager. Was told she’d ring the owner however I would not be able to talk to them! Not good enough. Absolutely disgusting, will NEVER go back and will inform everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. What happened to being able to get a refund when something is faulty 😡😡

Look, I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but I have had so many poor experiences at this service station, I thought it was time I said something. I would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option.

The mother and daughter that work at this place are always so miserable, nasty and just straight up rude to everyone that visits. I have experienced their snarkiness both towards myself and witnessed it first hand with multiple other customers, on multiple occasions.

These 2 women seem to get a kick out of scolding customers over the speaker for the SMALLEST and most ridiculous reasons, setting their very own rules for the fuel station every other day and then having a go at customers whenever it suits them — which is ALWAYS. You can hear them yelling at customers every day from the gym and play centre in the same vicinity, it's not a great impression for visitors to hear or see.

I have never witnessed any form of kindness from these 2 staff members, I can see why this place has gone through so many other staff if people are having to put up with this kind of behaviour and negativity every day.

There have also been multiple occasions where I have stood at the bowser for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to allow the fuel to flow, or where I have stood at the door ringing the doorbell for someone to open the door because the door is always locked and there is never anyone behind the desk — and this isn't during night service times either, it's always during the day... The staff here act as though their customers are an inconvenience to their day and will always make a fuss when they "have" to get to the counter, or they "have" to let someone in...

After the most recent, poor encounter I had with the young red headed staff member today, I have now had one too many bad experiences at this establishment and will no longer return to this station for any kind of purchases. The customer service here is absolutely appalling, and I have heard so many of the locals around this place say the same. I will happily drive to the Night Owl a little further down the road just to be greeted with a smile and not have to deal with this pathetic, childish and unprofessional behaviour.

Lastly, this "United 24" fuel station is not actually open 24 hours...

DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
Bad customer service both times I've been in there I will not go back.
The service is nicer down the road at the Night owl or Liberty.

Manager needs to get off her backside from chatting with the ChickenTreat staff and work behind the counter serving Petrol Customers so they don't have to queue up out the door wait for the dysfunctional girl serving. Both woman are in the wrong business, they are rude and have no people skills.
To the Owner - you need to take onboard these negative reviews! We are only a handful who've bothered to leave you a review, but theres many more unhappy customers DAILY.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never known a petrol station that doesn't have toilets available. Was told we had to wait till Chicken Treat opened at 10am, however United is open from 5am. Totally unacceptable especially with families who are on the road travelling. 👎

I just Recently bought one of your Mince pie face and I was very disappointed, it was soggy wasn’t heat up properly and all round tasted disgusting like it was off !! I could not return as I was heading a different direction. For $7.50 Please in the future try to do better !!

Sunday 26th September 2021at 7:00pm stopped into United on Pinjarra Rd for fuel and a drink and there was nobody at the counter and subsequently no fuel being enabled either, my son and I knocked on the window, pressed the service button multiple times, looked for a number to call but couldn't find one, in the meantime 2-3 cars had pulled up, a few tried the Bowser's and one the people were trying to get inside to make purchases. This all occured over the course of 20minutes, at which point I drove to the back of the building only to find the employee smoking out back! I told him/her there are people waiting only to be told his/her shift was up and that he/she wasnt going to go back in.
Not a very good attitude nor work ethic to leave customers waiting with no service at all.
