l have been attending this surgery for nearly 3 years. I see Dr Saffman or Dr Jodilee. l have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, respectful and display excellent compassion and empathy.
Nursing staff are excellent and always display the same values.
Reception staff are always helpful, polite and friendly.

Had the delightful experience of being seen by nurse Peta today. Such a caring and upbeat professional. Peta made me feel comfortable and heard. The Path nurse was also awesome as are all the team. Thanks ladies

I've had an ongoing issue with a sun spot on my hand (possible future skin cancer if I'm not careful). I have been told in the past to, "wait til it changes colour or shape", "worry about it later" & I was scared it would be too late before I was listened to. It was nice to finally go to a doctor who explained what it was & what action can or needed to be taken. Dr Saffman was very approachable & he actually listened to me instead of hurrying me out the door for his next patient. I would definitely recommend this surgery & it's doctor's to anyone as good doctors hard to find these days.

Genuinely the most unhelpful, vile, rude and incompetent doctors surgery I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The receptionists that work there are among the most horrid people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are not worth the hassle of dealing with. They have left multiple members of my family in tears, refused to let us see doctors, left my sick elderly grandmother sitting in their waiting room all day waiting to see a doctor that they didn’t bother to tell her *wasn’t even there* and most recently they laughed and hung up on my crying mother as she tried to get *life-saving medication*

Everyone i know who has used this place have similar stories.

The doctors, themselves, are adequate and have tried (and failed) to deal with the problems but the doctors are not worth the hassle of dealing with such an unsafe and incompetent staff/establishment. The people that work here should be nowhere near the vulnerable and the sick.

Receptionist at this surgery are heartless, unhelpful and condescending. It's a shame, as my Doctor there is fantastic but after years at this surgery, I will be leaving due to the rudeness, on numerous occasions, of these terrible Receptionists 😢

Booked an appointment to get a driver's medical assessment with a Dr Labony sultana who couldn't figure out what to do eventually telling us to leave the form behind so she can get it done another time, we then went to pinjarra medical doctors who put us straight through telling us it is the easiest test and were in and out within 15 mins. Won't be going back to Dr sultana

I just called to get a phone script because I had run out of my medication. I couldn't get an appointment for a week. The chemist couldn't give me the script to cover me. To be told no they won't give me the script. Now I am going to be in major pain. No one bloody cares in this world. I got told to go to Mandurah.

Great big road side neon sign displaying doctor available Saturdays 9-12. Go there and place in darkness at 9.15am. Telephoned and recording says open Monday to Friday. Website says open Saturday 9-2. So confusing and disappointing.

Any decent doctors are booked up months in advance
If you do have any problems it's probably worth the drive to go elsewhere cause they will just waste your time
Even getting a referral is near impossible the place is a joke 💀🗑
