Lazy River Boutique Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Lazy River Bed and Breakfast. The room and furnishings were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches like a bottle of bubbly in the fridge and delicious homemade snacks and cakes.
The grounds are lovely. We didn’t have time to do any of the provided activities (such as kayaking and tennis) but we walked down to the river and sat on the private jetty and enjoyed watching all the birdlife. Liz and Steve were great hosts. The included breakfast was delicious and we did not need lunch! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious break.

This is the most luxurious BnB we have ever stayed at. The main room is very large and the ensuite extraordinary. The level of attention to detail is amazing. A big quantity of breakfast provisions was made available and all was yummy

Such a wonderful two nights spent at Lazy River B&B. Steve and Liz know how to make your stay special and memorable. Their attention to detail in the breakfast hamper is second to none, and personal touches like their turn-down service and chocolates by the bed set them apart. We had an incredible dinner, which was cooked by Steve and delivered by golf buggy. So special! The cabin itself is quiet and made us feel like we were in the country. Loved the amazing cacophony of bird songs in the morning - bliss! We also enjoyed kayaking, playing tennis, picking lemons, and visiting the horses next door. Came back to the city relaxed and refreshed!

spa bath and shower. We really relaxed and had some good quality sleep and homemade food. The quiches and spiced pears was a treat and so very nice of you !
Saturday's three course optional dinner cooked by Steve [owner] and served in style on our patio with sunset was absolutely delicious and romantic.
Made for a perfect weekend and so very hospitable with the African feel....A Little hidden gem.
The horse-riding close by, was so lovely and so much to do in the Pinjarra and Dwelling up area.

Absolutely perfect for a one night getaway. Communications were great and accommodated my changes with no issues at all. If you were staying longer the BnB offers a huge range of activities. Would definitely stay again xo

I booked this place for a luxury night away for my partner and I, and it was superb! We opted in for a three-course dinner cooked by Steve, the owner and it was absolutely 5 star. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the spa bath was the cherry on top. It rained whilst we were there (end of May) but we didn't even need to leave our room. A beautiful gourmet european style breakfast was supplied which we enjoyed at our leisure in the morning. The owners Liz and Steve were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone needing a little break not far from Perth, but with gorgeous paddock views and very private. Gem of Pinjarra.

I booked a single night getaway at Lazy River and it was a fantastic recharge. The cabin style accomodation and ground were lovely and comfortable with fantastic products - lovely soft and fluffy Sheridan towels, beautiful quality linen and Mt Romance products for the bathroom. The jacuzzi was perfection. I chose the 3 course meal and boy did Steve and Liz spoil me - the food was that of 5 star restaurant - Steve is truely talented. Thank you both for making my recharge stay so lovely. I'll be sure to return for some tennis!

The hosts Steve and Liz are delightful, as is the place itself. Steve and Liz are knowledgable, courteous and helpful, and the accommodation is fabulous with spacious rooms and facilities. Steve serves excellent food and there is nothing not to like here - except, perhaps, the cheeky possum which arrived at our candle-lit dinner on our balcony, intent on stealing our food! Never mind.

This is a great place to spend even a short time unwinding; away from the madding crowd but still quite close to Perth. Excellent!

My partner and I recently stayed at this unique B&B run by Steve and Liz. Their incredibly high standard of hospitality was only matched by Steve’s incredible culinary skill.

We opted to have dinner provided by Steve and Liz both nights on the deck of our cabin lodge overlooking the sprawling treeline.

Working busy innercity jobs this escape was the perfect remedy for our tech driven lives.

Take some time out, have a spa, enjoy a kayak on the river and trust the Steve and Liz will have your every need catered for.

Such a relaxing weekend in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We really enjoyed our little row down the river. A big thank you to Liz and Steve who made our short break so relaxing. They have added extra touches that makes this B&B special. We recommend dining in one night, our food was delicious and plenty of it. We look forward to returning one day soon.

I can't describe enough how beautiful this place is. First class service, very quite and the owner are two AMAZING PEOPLE. You can have a lot of fun by playing golf and do kayaking along the beautiful Murray River. The must was the dinner served on our balcony. Now we just need to go back soon, very soon.

Liz and Steve give you a wonderful warm welcome, the rooms are well kept and stocked for all your needs. We ordered dinner which Steve cooks and delivers to you room at a time that suits you and tailered menu. I am a fussy eater and he made the best chicken Vol-au-vents from scratch they were so good. Then we had lamb chops for main and a chocolate tart for dessert. It was so lovely sitting out on the verandah over looking a paddock , so peaceful. Highly recommended a stay at the Lazy River Boutique.

We had our honeymoon here and it was absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and cosy the bed was super comfy. The food was delicious nothing to fault at all, Liz and Steve do such a amazing job with everything great hospitality. Can not wait to come back

Everything we hoped for and more. A beautiful escape in quality timber cottages surrounded by magestic trees and native birdlife. And so close to Perth! Friendly and wonderful service. Great home made food. The African touch was a pleasant surprise:) .. Thanks!!

Steve and Liz are amazing. The accommodation was superb. Sitting on the verandah eating fine cuisine watching the horses in the paddock. It was a little pearl.

We stayed here for a little babymoon getaway and honestly can not fault this place. Beautiful scenery where you feel like you are million miles away. The food is amazing and the hospitality cannot fault. Look forward to visiting this place again. Definitely a secret gem

Amazing place and amazing dinner.
We escape from the city for a romantic weekend, but we never expect to be in such a paradise. Very relaxing and luxurious experience

What a beautiful spot to stay and relax in. The owners have set up the rooms well, with a relaxing view and a common area between the rooms set up with lounge, dining, laundry and kitchen, with books to read and games. Short walk to the river. Range of activities available including kayaks and croquet. You have the option of a 3 course meal being brought to your room, which is well worth it. Beautifully cooked and served with care and attention to detail. Feel very spoilt. Breakfast hamper is provided as part of your stay with a range of choice items. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent experience. The hosts are superb and the evening meals(optional), are exceptional.
