Greenup Meeting Place

We spent one night here and it was ✨AMAZING✨ Friendliest staff and the dinner we had was just perfect! The facilities were very nice and there is a gift shop as well. In the morning we had really good coffees there before leaving. You have to really look for better campground!

Great place for just a night or longer stay. Camp sites are spread out, so no camping on top of each other. Hot showers and flushing toilets. Good little cafe, my daughter loves the waffles here. Got land based fishing and you can launch a boat also. Dog friendly also

Beautiful spot to stay for a night or a week. Parked right near the water with spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Toilets and showers available, Cafe and gift shops. Close to Inglewood and an hours drive to Stanthorpe wineries or Warwick supplies. Plenty to do or do nothing at all.
Swimming, fishing, kayak or canoe and amazing bird life. Kangaroos galore and the occasional Emu as well.

Amazing! So happy to find hot showers/clean toilets and a cafe all onsite. If you can’t live without internet, my Partner could get Telstra but my Optus was a bit iffy. The staff were so knowledgeable and very obliging. We were woken in the night by cows running past us, now that’s a memory! Enjoy

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CAMPING GROUND AND THE MOST AMAZING STUFF EVER! Sunset was the prettiest over the lake and food was sooo yummy 11/10 for sure!!!

This is such a stunning place. Tranquil private campsites and excellent facilities. The owners are lovely people and have created a perfect oasis on their property. I have travelled and camped all over Australia and this is up their in my all time favourite sites. Sunsets and sunrise over the lake are spectacular. It has a wonderful resturant and is very well priced. Off Grid camping only which is perfect!

An amazing place full of interesting glass art across the property. Great camping grounds and the toilets and showers were always clean and the shower was hot. Coming back next year.

We enjoyed our 3 peaceful days at the Meeting Place relaxing by the waters edge amazed by the numbers of birds. The facilities were fresh and clean with beautiful shade and lawns.
Shelley was very informative about things to see and do in the surrounding area.

You won’t be disappointed.

Great place for a coffee, brekky or lunch, with very nice cakes too! Plus accommodations in the old school buildings there, or camping right on the shore of Lake Coolmunda.

5 stars is not enough. Great place to relax around the fire, good size sites- not on top of your neighbours. Water views. RAAF supply daily airshow. Don't forget your chainsaw to cut up supplied firewood and bug repellant. Craft shop and Cafe if you need coffee or food with Gluten free options. Has phone service to remind you of the outside world.

Beautiful location, a bit hilly in my booked spot so had to move to another. A noisy camper did keep tearing past my site at all hours, waking us up which was slightly annoying. But that is no fault of the owners, I guess! Awesome hanade goods in the gift shop, and yummy food at the cafe. We will be back.

It was like camping on your own part of the river, but you can walk to the stunning barn and have a coffee, or dinner at night under the lights, absolutely awesome place.

We had the best 4 days out camping on the lake with our big boys and little boys. Could get as much wood as we needed but best part we breakfast on our way out thanks greenup

What a great spot to go for great food and relaxing atmosphere, we had a splendid late lunch, so close to home 24km away. Food was delish.

Just returned home from camping with our two dogs in a secluded part of the camping area - totally off the grid in every way. It was brilliant! We had a wonderful time catching up with family and enjoying peaceful walks in a scenic and relaxing environment. We also visited the Greenup meeting, camping and accomodation area which has a very friendly atmosphere, great sculptures and fresh delicious food and even met a lady from Greenup who used to live not far from us. They have lovely campsites there also and the accomodation is also dog friendly, a very tempting idea for a little art retreat.

Tent camped for a couple of nights. The view was gorgeous. The facilities were clean and well stocked. The cafe was delicious and all the staff were lovely and went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again!
