Lake Coolmunda Caravan Park

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights, camping down near the lake. The place is extremely clean and well looked after. The toilet/shower block has an access card for safety, and nice and clean. We took the dogs and they loved it too. The crowd is more of a mature group which was nice too, not much partying going on so it’s a nice spot to stay to relax in peace. Also - there’s a resident on the camping area who sells wood and ice, and will even deliver it to your camp site, super convenient!

Spent a week in one of the cabins. Owners friendly, cabins clean, warm and comfortable.

We loved our time at this amazing place. We stayed on the lake. So much room. The area is maintained beautifully, the toilet/showers spotless with heaps of hot water. Elaine was amazing. Such a lovely lady🤩

great place to go camping and boating

For me I prefer my space and avoid crowded spaces, however on a quiet day this place can be a gem and on public holidays and school holidays, weekends it can be very crowded.

Called the camp weeks ago asking for a cabin, was told a cabin was booked in. Called today (3 days out from trip) just to make sure, was told name was not on the list and the site is completely booked out due to an event. Luckily I checked, or we'd be driving for hours with family, only to be turned down for accommodation. Not happy.
