Hertz Car Rental - Exmouth Downtown

Guys here were a good laugh. Great price booked early from home. Great easy rental experience. Loved the Kluger for day trips out to Sandy Cove, the lighthouse and Town Beach.

Friendly bunch, good prices

If I could give a zero star I would. Booked at awd vehicle for my 8 day trip between Exmouth and coral bay. Collected the vehicle at the airport only to find out we had been giving a 2wd car. Called hertz and we were pretty much told it’s not their issue it’s Exmouths problem but they would send a email and call to see what was going on. Finally got to exchange the vehicle on the Wednesday and were told we would be given a x trail 4wd. Before we left to go to coral bay I asked how to switch turn over to 4wd and was told it was automatic. Got to coral bay got bogged in the first bit of light sand, checked the docket only to find out that we were giving another 2wd vehicle. Absolutely joke
