Birds Eye View Ningaloo

Just had the most phenomenal experience going up on the microlights. We saw whale sharks, Rays, and all sorts of critters in the ocean from above. Our pilots were fantastic, calm and give you an excellent experience from the beginning to the end! We can not recommend this enough, if you are in Exmouth it is a must-do activity. Absolutely loved it! 10/10 - lots of love Sue & Jess :)

🐋🫶 Unforgettable experience of Ningaloo. A definite if visiting Exmouth. We did 90 minute & experienced the Cape peninsula & all marine life from above like no other I've ever seen before. Multiple whale & calf sightings, rays, turtles, whale shark. So much to see. Awesome footage (go pro & photos) included in price. Pilots Gavin & Duncan, were fun, super positive & friendly. Felt safe & cared for the whole flight. Smooth calm ride. Just going through photos & footage now & so amazed by what this part of earth has to offer. Do not miss this one. Note: take travel calm before if slightly prone to motion sickness.

Spectacular, really happy i chose the longer 90minute flight as we got some hands-on flying experience. Wasn't expecting this to be so breathe taking, it is totally worth the money. My partner was hesitant but she absolutely loved it. The pilots are awesome and create a fun atmosphere.

This was an amazing way to see Ningaloo Reef absolutely spectacular! We are a family of four and our teenagers will be talking about this for some time to come. The pilots were professional and fun and you could tell they really loved their jobs.
It was fantastic to see humpbacks with their new borns, Dugong, turtle, rays and sharks.
When you land you get a heap of really good quality photos taken by the pilots and images from a go pro attached to the wing.
In short WE’ll BE BACK!

Second outing with Gav today! Last time we had a spectacular flight over the reef. This time it was humpback whale and dugong spotting in the gulf. Awesome experience made even better by feeling really welcome and really safe. Thanks again and we’ll be sure to be back for another flight soon!

Phenomenal.
After spending 2 years in Exmouth I was absolutely blown away by the experience of seeing everything (including ALL the sea creatures) from above. Memories and photos to last a life time.
The staff were excellent, professional and made us feel very comfortable.

Surreal experience! I was very nervous as I’m an anxious flyer but as soon as we left the ground I was completely at ease. The views are like no other, we saw so much marine life below and even just getting to see the vibrant colours of the reef makes it 100% worth it. Gus and Duncan were wonderful and super professional! Don’t leave Exmouth without trying this!

The flight is just amazing. Me and my wife booked a 60 min tandem flight during the Easter Holiday, even thought they were almost fully booked, the pilots manage to change their lunch breaks just to be able to fit both of us at the same time. Flying in an open aircraft like this one is definitely the best experience I've ever had in my life. Gavin and Mal were the responsible of making this a memorable experience, they were funny and showed us the Ningaloo Reef`s beauty from the sky.
I think we were very lucky on that day, we spotted more than 15 Whale Sharks, some Tiger Sharks, Dugongs and Manta Rays.
I don`t have enough words to describe this experience, you have to do it yourself.

If your coming to Exmouth then this is a MUST DO!!!
Seeing the reef and the ranges from the air is a totally different perspective and is absolutely beautiful and surreal. Dan and Gav are clearly passionate about their jobs and it shows that they love what they do! As soon as you walk in and until you leave they make you feel comfortable and relaxed! Do not give this experience a miss you will regret it!!!!

One of the best experiences on the Ningaloo was seeing it from above. Cannot recommend this enough to anyone! Honestly if you’re thinking about it but not sure just do it! The crew is super professional, safe and fun. I felt like I was in good hands and after a few minutes felt completely relaxed up there. The views are unbelievable and there was heaps of wildlife to spot. I saw countless turtles, humpback whales with calves, dolphins, tiger shark, mantas, dugongs and eagle rays. Thanks to my pilot Duncan was great fun and showed me some beautiful sights and pointed out animals along the way.

OMG!! This experience was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Gav was my pilot and he is such an charismatic, genuine and energised soul. It was a pleasure to fly with him. I did the 60min flight over the canyons & reef and we were blessed to see some tiger sharks, manta rays, dolphins and Turtles. SOOOOOO MANY TURTLES!!!

A must do experience in Exmouth that I will never forget :)

Amazing experience, I was a bit (a lot) scared but at the same time I wanted to experience the flight and … it was fun, I haven’t felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Seeing Ningaloo Reef and the ranges from the bird eye was unforgettable experience. I swam with wild sharks, did cage of death in Darwin and I’m glad I did it but once it’s enough, however do micro flying it’s as good as once is not enough. Definitely my husband and I will go back to do it again. Huge highlight of our holidays.

This experience is an absolute must in Exmouth. We spoke with Amy who told us about her experience and we signed up for the 60min flight on the spot. The views are unmatched and the team look after you really well. An incredible experience.

Just did the 60 minute flight with these legends. What an absolute smasher of a time. Gavin and Jimmy took us out. I was a bit nervous in the beginning flying over the canyons but was at complete peace once we were over the reef.

Probably the best thing you will do in Ningaloo/Exmouth. Put it on your bucket list for sure. Both our pilots made us feel at ease, considering one of us gets panic attacks it was simply incredible. When the engines are switched off and you glide there's no better feeling like being free as a bird!

Dan took me on the 1 hour flight over the Ningaloo reef and Exmouth peninsula during June. It was an amazing, hair-raising event that is well worth the experience.
The pace was fairly relaxed and he was happy to identify the animals that were migrating at this season; whale sharks, humpback whales, smaller dolphins or dugongs, rays, turtles and the rest. The Cape Range flight is great to see everything you couldn't navigate to his 4WD plus the self-pilot. If you want more, get the 1.5hour.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time and I'm even considering doing my Micro Light licence one day soon and if I do it would definitely be with this marvellous company. All three of the pilots there that day where fantastic, very experienced, funny and perhaps one of them even a little cheeky which made the day even better delivering a few laughs during the briefing. We saw Humpback Whales with there calves, hundreds of turtles, sting rays, lots a dolphins and even a shark but besides that the view above Ningaloo was absolutely breathtaking! We even got to have a go steering the microlight which was absolutely invigorating. Give Birds Eye View a go! Trust me the experience is priceless!

We had a GREAT time on our flights! Thanks Duncan and Jimmy for an unforgettable adventure. We saw so many ocean animals, even a whale shark out of season. Expensive but well worth it. This is an experience we will never forget.

My sister and I experienced a Birds Eye View of Ningaloo and it was amazing! The guys were a great laugh and knew exactly what they were doing. We both had an amazing experience and got to see a blue whale! This was a once in a lifetime experience that we won’t forget.
