Europcar Exmouth City

A day or two prior to renting/hiring the car I called the office in Exmouth and spoke with Tom. He was very accommodating. When we arrived at their place his wife got us quickly on our way in a very clean car. When we returned the car she gave us a ride to our bus as it was 38C. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Colin and the team were a pleasure to deal with, over the phone and in person, with what was a last minute addition to our travel arrangements. Car was tidy and in good condition. Went the extra mile when I'd left something in the car and had to retrieve it after hours. Great customer service.

We stumbled by Europcar attached to the Bookshop by chance one Sunday Morning & the chap Tommy, was just so lovely & helpful, we hired a car there & then with a car seat. Car itself was clean & tidy & just what we needed to get around town & explore the area. Excellent customer service & so friendly & helpful with local knowledge. Definitely recommend!

I can not recommend them enough. When we had a (minor) issue, they came to help us and fixed the car within a few minutes! Tom was very helpful, above and beyond expected. Thank you!

Renting the Europcar car in Exmouth and meandering through 2700 kms of Western Australia, ending up in Broome was one of the best times of my life. The car drove smoothly, got great mileage and was totally reliable eliminating most of the stress an American might have driving “on the left” in a region with few service stations.

Amazing service by the lady at the Exmouth city office. Quick, efficient and extremely helpful. A great customer person which you don't get very often these days. (Neil).

The team were such a great help and pulled out all the stops to organise us a great deal at the last minute to help get our family back to Perth after our car engine failure.
