Clinpath Pathology Windsor Gardens

I didn't wait more than 2 mins (I was the first one in). The blood taker was super friendly and chatty. Even though this is not the closest outlet to me, I will always make the trip to this centre.

Went this morning, got seen to very quickly and the pathologist was sweet and lovely! Has such a love for what she does!

Little lab at the corner of the street. Not really crowded however there is a continuous influx of people. Only 1 person was in duty, so there was only a little waiting time. If noone is at the counter don't panic, when someone comes out, you can go in. The lady who took a bloodtest really knew her job, I haven't feel the needle in only when out! Hat off to her!

Phlebotomist. Such a funny sounding word! Nice lady took my sample quickly, painlessly and efficiently. Great place to get your bloods done as there has never been a significant wait at this spot.

Nurse is great. listens to the patient if they have advice on where to draw the blood, as they often have issues finding my veins if they don't listen to my advice.

Normally good but who I think was a new guy has done a shocking job on my arm. The needle has gone to the vein wall and caused swelling, pain and bruising. Not happy! Also I had to ask him to release the tourniquet.

Rude staff member.

I arrived a half an hour before closing and after waiting 25 I was told they were closing and they weren’t going to take my bloods.
By that time the was empty and i was extremely frustrated.
The lady taking the blood test was very rude and short tempered.
I had been there before and she was there and seemed liked she didn’t wanted to be working or talking to anyone.

I went to this clinic and the nurse was rude, even though the clinic was empty and no one was queueing (not a busy clinic) today and last month. Today I went to this clinic around 1.30pm the nurse said she was tired. It was not my problem if she was tired and I am not deserved to receive her rudeness. If she is tired, she should be at home and do not need to go to work. It is not problem if she is tired. If she is rude, she should not be a nurse. My job is serving people too, it doesn't matter I am tired or not, I always try to serve my customers with my best! Now I know why this clinic is not busy and I won't be back there again.

Just had one of the rudest experiences I've ever had with a phlebotomist. Unfortunately I can't remember the woman's name but whoever is the older curly red haired lady that works here on Saturdays shouldn't have the job. She can't seem to handle being there when she's by herself and it's busy. Well today she took it out on me. Never going back there.

I'm done with clinpath W.G. it's conveniently located next to the GP. I stopped taking my elderly father there, because of vein trauma and massive bruising on more than one occasion. I put it down to him being on thinners. Instead we went to Modbury hospital SA path. A much more arduous trip. Where I didn't have an issue with injury. My recent experience for myself with clinpath, was that they couldn't find the vein, after two visits, I asked for it to be drawn from the back of the hand. My last visit resulted in a massive trauma, where the back of the vein was pierced. The needle had to be pulled back till it was in the vein again. I think it bled while the sample was taken and resulted in a large bruise and a swollen painful vein. Something I have never experienced before.

Very rude staff, leaving customers in the waiting room while bad talking out the back. Rudely telling myself and an elderly lady that’s it’s ridiculous for us to come in 15 minutes before closing time then not offering the test I needed anyway. Wouldn’t bother going there

Opened 5 minutes late and no one on reception. Attended patient after 15 minutes.

I wait 1 hour and they didn't have any reception

Very slow service. Not enough staff.

Unprofessional staffs.
